Beautiful hotel, great breakfast and wonderful personal

Helpful staff and excellent location…

The hotel location is great. Excellent breakfast and fabulous staff! It will be great if they had an open lounge with entertainment or real restaurant with more life in general.

The property is nice location and big, traveling from USA, standard are not met. Staff were nice, the rules are strict. Amenities such as swimming pool, which was very nice, but we had to pay daily or we should have booked the deluxe room otherwise we couldn’t use it. The cleanness of rooms and whole hotel were ok. I would rate that 3 out of 5 .

Although location is fantastic and staff was great, breakfast was ok and room clean but a bit dated. Washroom tub was very slippery and should be replaced with shower and room smelled musty, otherwise everything else was good

I stayed one night at hotel rum, everything was clean and appeared to be well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable! Communication with the hotel prior to check-in was quick and efficient.

I can't rave more about this hotel! First, the communication with the hotel in advance of our trip was outstanding. Not only were they incredibly responsive, they helped us secure an excellent airport transfer. And when we missed our connection and therefore had to adjust our pickup time, they managed the process seamlessly for us. The breakfast was fantastic! The bar/restaurant area was great with a nice area to sit outside and enjoy cocktails in the evening. The location was great -- easily walkable to restaurants, shopping, and local sites of interest. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. What a gem. So happy I found it!
