The property is gorgeous. Friendly staff. Rooms are nice with cool little tech. There us a restaurant next door that plays loud music at night. So you'll either feel left out or annoyed.

This is THE Hotel to stay in while you are needing to be near the Airport in Nairobi. The staff are genuinely friendly and want you to enjoy your experience in their Hotel. Everyone is proud of their being part of the Argyle Grand Hotel, Nairobi. Due to hire car issues we were given an early check-in and the late check-out is a reasonable price. This Hotel wants you to stay and enjoy your time in Nairobi. The complementary shuttle service to the Airport is a bonus. If you book anywhere else to stay in Nairobi, you have missed out on the best Hotel! Thanks to the Manager, the Check-in staff and Food and Beverage - you are fantastic and you added a lot to our stay in Kenya.

Excellent modern property with lovely spacious rooms. The hotel uses the latest in technology with electronic drapes and clearly marked lighting modes. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and the pool bar served delicious cocktails and wood fired pizzas at very reasonable prices. What’s not to like. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and the complimentary airport transfers make it a perfect location for those transiting in Nairobi. Would happily stay here again!

The room was great. Food tasty. But sadly the hotel is open to the public. On a Sunday it’s like a crèche. Kids running around blowing horns, monopolising the pool and a blow up castle in the middle of the lawn right next to restaurant. What are they thinking, certainly not about guests staying there. Not Grand and not four star. There was no where to escape the noise apart from the room. It needs to decide what it is, a hotel or a public facility. They’re also putting up a new 5 stores wing directly next to the pool and garden, unsightly and noisy. I wouldn’t stay again for these reasons alone. The staff however were great.
