The staff went out of their way to accommodate me and my family. They stored luggage for us that we couldn’t keep in the room. Their service was exemplary. They arranged transportation for us as needed and they were always pleasant.

This hotel and staff went out of their way one night at dinner. I wanted fried chicken and a salad and some cooked rice. These items were not on the menu. But my server asked the cook/Chef about this. He assured me, he would fix just what i wanted. He came thru. But all of the service was great. I'd stay here again and again.

The safety was great and the rooms are comfortable. The hotel is nice and clean. The staff are friendly and quick to correct any issues. We enjoyed the convenience of shopping at Two Rivers Mall and walking back to the hotel without any hassle.

The hotel has a kitchen garden, they've planted some herbs used in cooking, this fresh produce top notch. Cleanliness is top of the range and the staff are all awesome. Two rivers mall is right next door, shopping made easy. Thank you Holiday Inn at Two Rivers, Nairobi. See you again.
