Exceptional service from the shuttle pickup greeter at the airport —Faith, to the ease of check-in with Ashley at the front desk and the amazing service at the Aroma Cafe by my server, Sure. So disappointed cause it was my favorite Nairobi airport hotel but it seems they had cleaning crews working through the night, making noise all around us. Seems like they had a lot of day guests and were cleaning the rooms when we checked in at night. If you have a early flight and want to sleep, avoid it!
