Good for short stay near airport
Room was nice and spacious! Staff were efficient and breakfast was ok. The area surrounding the hotel does not seem good though as it is dirty, noisy and there are limited restaurants nearby. We only stayed for one night and ordered room service. It's convenient if you want a decent cheap hotel near the airport.

The rooms are nice and clean. The property is also convenient from the airport and the food is great. The part that had shortcomings is the waiters at the restaurant, they were not proactive towards serving customers though they were not busy at the time. The hotel is also situated in a noisy place.

Comfortable overnight stay in between flights. Raining upon arrival but stayed dry thanks to underground parking/drop off. Friendly greeting. Great value on adjoining rooms. Excellent breakfast with service starting 6 a.m. Location convenient to Wilson Airport. Suggestion: add hand towels in bathroom.

After spending several days in a rural Kenyan village, I was grateful to find a comfortable bed, clean room and warm shower greeting me at the Razana; plus the staff was friendly and buffet breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The on-site restaurant has great offerings and the food was great I had some difficulty communicating with the front desk staff. We also ended up with a $26 charge that we didn’t expect and don’t know what the charge is for. I’ve emailed them and hope to get an explanation.

This hotel was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. I do wish the hot water lasted a bit longer in the shower, but otherwise the room was great. The area is not good for tourists, as there is nothing walkable around. It’s a great place to rest after arriving in Nairobi and before heading out to a new location.
