宿泊や食事ともとても良かったです。
ゴルフ場のホテルなので、自然に囲まれた静かで綺麗なホテルでした。 とても心地よく宿泊させていただきました。 朝食も高級なクラブのレストランでバイキング形式で文句なしでした。

急遽当日の宿を探し、夜遅くのチェックインとなりましたが、フロントのスタッフさんの対応が良かったです。 客室やバスルームも綺麗で、料金から考えると非常に満足できました。 翌朝のブッフェは別の建物に移動することになるのですが、ブッフェ会場が分からなかった、若い男性スタッフさんに場所を尋ねたところ、対応がかなり素っ気なかったのだけが残念でした。

客室が広くバスタブも大きくてゆったりと過ごせました。 車ではなかったので送迎バスでしか行く手段がなく、最終バスの時間が17：40だったので、もう少し遅いバスがあればいいなと思いました。 周辺には温泉や、コンビニ.売店もないです。

軽井沢の片隅の、ゴルファー向け合宿所
東京の酷暑に堪えかねて、当日朝に軽井沢で週末を過ごすことを思い立ち、ネットで調べたら唯一一万円台で見つかったのがこのホテル。 基本的には滞在してゴルフを楽しむためのお客のための宿、と割り切って選ぶなら悪くないが、一般のホテルと同じサービスを期待すると失望する。 全体として設備が古く、あまり更新もしていない。朝の清掃も、廊下に道具が散乱していたりして教育が行き届いていない。 フロントのスタッフも最低限の説明しかしない。ゴルフをするのが客だと思っている節がある。

宿泊社のためでなく、ゴルフの人のために6時くらいまでしか入れない大浴場はいかがなものか… 温泉入りたかったのに一度も入れませんでした。宿泊者のたまにもう少し長く時間を設定してほしいです。 ロビーなどはきれいでした。廊下もディズニーランドのように可愛い。 でもお部屋の中は普通でした。
