Not very happy with the hotel very poor WiFi fridge is not working and definitely not 5 star hotel in my opinion

The staff were all very friendly and helful. The hotel is well located, very quite place, well connected to bus stop (nearest metro statition 10 minutes by bus) ... Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection. Room basic but was clean with the essence. Ability to store your liggage after check out. Carpets and textile covering of upholstered furnuture need to be replaced as soon as possible! very outdated :-(

What I liked was freindliness and helpfulness of staff. What I thought could be improved provided that funding is available : buy new sets of sheets and blankets and carpets.

This hotel is amazing. If your looking for Luxury at an affordable price then the Crown Plaza is for you. The staff and management are there for you for ehatever

The staff is very professional and helpful. For example, Elina spent more than half of an hour to help me fix my rental car issues by calling rental car company more than three time!
