It was quite a good stay. You need to rent room heaters separately. Front desk guys exceptional.

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay in your family room. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations due to several service and facility issues. First, the hotel felt quite congested, and room service was difficult to reach. After 9:00 PM, calls to the staff went unanswered. Additionally, the hair dryer policy is highly inconvenient; it is unusual for a hotel to have only five units to circulate among all guests upon request. Most concerning was the condition of the family room located in the cellar. We experienced a power outage during the night, and the staff was unwilling to turn on the generator. I believe there is significant room for improvement in these areas to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Room was clean. Staffs are great and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Great location.

Welcoming with facilities to match price. When you pay this much you expect everything to be too notch. We were helped with luggage in a rainstorm by a lovely guy carrying umbrellas. When we required heating to dry out it arrived quickly. When the WiFi was weak in one room we were quickly moved.
