Nannestad Vacation Packages

Arrived late in the evening and were given a front room and advised we may be any to change rooms the next day as it’ll be noisy. Staff seemed to know this was a bad room and despite having a stay for multiple nights no better room and as allocated so forced a room change. May be better to save the front rooms for people staying one night so no room moves are required. It was very loud from the street so the room change was made the following day by helpful staff. On the Second day we’d been out all day exploring beautiful Oslo, returned to the room at 4.30pm to rest and change for dinner only to discover no one had been to make the room up despite it being requested. The maid then appeared at 4.45pm, quite late for house keeping I thought. The room and hotel were clean so no complaints, some staff more helpful than others, great location for reaching everything but make sure you get a room at the back.

Simply the best location and service in Oslo

Extraordinary place. Great character, spacious rooms, super helpful staff, superb restaurant, great lap pool, reasonable prices. My only caution is to avoid the rooms with twin beds- they are narrow (like railway car) rooms with comfortable beds but no seating areas. Unless you’re putting your kids in these rooms you’re better advised to rent two standard rooms, which are great.

Room was really comfortable. Spa is huge! Make sure you know the rules of the spa. Breakfast is included and quite nice. Definitely a fun experience.

This hotel is perfect as less than 5 minutes from main train station and the main street as far as tourists go. Loads of the main tourist sights are within a 10 minute walk

The hotel was going through a remodel by floors which was not mentioned when I made the reservation. Apparently they were working on the 4th Floor when they booked us into Room 370 although the couple we were traveling with were given a room on the 6th floor. At 7:45am the next morning, an Impact Driver started drilling in the area directly above our room. The deafening sound woke us up. My husband was sick and why in the world they would have put us in that room when they KNEW what was happening is incomprehensible. After I complained, they gave us a key to room 601 ( why didn’t they put us in this room in the first place?) so my husband could comfortably rest during the day without the noise that continued through 5pm daily. We also learned that there was a charge for cleaning the room daily…if you don’t pay it, not only do they not CLEAN, they don’t take out garbage, remove used, wet towels, coffee cups, etc for your entire stay.
