Our stay was most enjoyable. In particular the young lady on reception...wish I had got her name, was very helpful and friendly. The secure parking underground was great. Chargeable but worth your car being secure. The breakfast was good and had some GF options once we asked. The hotel is easy walking distance to most tourist areas. The only negative thing I would say is that the bathroom especially the toilet area was quite small.

A very good place to stay. Staff are all very friendly and helpful; nothing is too much trouble for them. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Nantes. Highly recommended.

My family enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. We liked the overall ambiance. The breakfast buffet was one of the best, even though it was 18 euros per person. Parking was easy, on premises. Two special features that stood out: free lovely live music on Friday night and a water dispensing machine with sparking water. I’d stay again in this hotel the future.

Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. The room was well designed so it felt quite spacious. It was very clean, seemed newly renovated, very comfortable bed, great shower and good wifi. Parking is a massive bonus.

The property was amazing, fantastic room with facilities, but nothing beats the absolutely amazing service from all the staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where they were like my friends, recognized us, made sure we didn’t go without and just genuine nice people. Would happily stay here again just for their hospitality alone!

Simply lovely

Was a great hotel. Room was modern and new. Very clean and practical. The staff was great too, very welcoming and spoke english without hesitation. They let me take the Express breakfast to the room as well and gave us 2 bottles of water as well wothout asking. Sweeeet
