Not happy about the fire alarm

The fire alarm went off at around 7:30. There was no staff telling people where to go. People were left in the hotel and staff did nothing. When the alarm stopped sounding no staff came out side to tell us what to do. When we checked out there was no apology or any sort of conversation. There fire procedures are terrible and it’s a big worry if there was a fire in the hotel.

Nice hotel but terrible health and safety issues.

The fire alarm went off at 7.30 in trlhe morning. Everyone evacuated but there was no guidance from any staff. Nothing was explained and no one told us it was safe to return. No explanation or apology at check out either

Great location! Really nice room with added benefit off the “club” room. Most absurd bathroom I have ever encountered. Be prepared to practice water containment when taking a shower.

Service was good. We did not appreciate the "integrated" bathroom: glass doors don't provide much privacy, and the strange layout requires one to step on the shower floor to use the facilities. Whoever designed this space did not have to use it. Pictures of the room were taken in a way that does not reveal this.
