We loved how cozy the room was. Ours had a reading nook and it was our favorite hang out place. We also loved walking to downtown Napa and enjoying restaurants.

First rate experience

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The location was perfect. The full breakfast every morning and wine reception every evening were amazing! I highly recommend this inn for anyone traveling to Napa!

Overall nice property. We went during off season so they were doing roof repair which I wish they would have let us know ahead of time. The bathroom was freezing and the heater did not work to warm bathroom. The owner was sweet and apologetic. Breakfast was amazing.

Everyone associated with this marvelous Bed & Breakfast should be complimented. From check in to check out we had a wonderful stay. The fireplace worked brilliantly. I’m gluten intolerant and yet the chef prepared the most delightful muffins for me while the rest of the breakfast meal was sumptuous If your coming to Napa 1801 is the perfect place to stay

We loved our stay here! The staff were so sweet. Amazing location (we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go). Cottages were cute and felt private. The breakfast was the nicest complimentary breakfast we’ve experienced.

The property was amazing. The room was clean! It was also really big, comfortable bed with a fireplace and large soaking tub. The breakfast that we had both days was delicious, truly they have a talented chef. We plan to stay here every time we come.

Best Breakfast in Napa

Loved this spot for our Napa adventure! The breakfast was the best part, followed by the complimentary wine hours, coffee, cookies, and port. We stayed in the junior suite and loved the soaking tub and fire place nook. Comfy bed, off street parking, and walkable to downtown for dinner!

Definitely experience this Inn..

One of my fav Inn that was part of my Christmas trip. The location was very convenient to downtown. Everything was walkable distance. The inn was Victorian style and was decorated just like a Hallmark Christmas movie setup. I loved it. The owner was very accommodating. She was gracious enough to ask the chef to create a special vegetarian breakfast for me. I am marking this place for my another visit to Napa. The owner was warm and sweet. They greeted us with wine, cheese and chocolates in the room.

Carrie and Laura provided an unforgettable experience that exceeded all our expectations. From the start, we were impressed by their attention to detail and exceptional service. They went above and beyond by hiring a massage therapist who arrived on time and perfectly accommodated our arrival schedule. Breakfast was delicious, carefully prepared, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special. 1801 First Luxury Inn is The Place to stay in Downtown Napa – the location is incredibly convenient, and the overall experience is unmatched.
