Not a good stay.
Not good. I lost a nights sleep and was admonished for not reporting it at the time. When I talked to the front desk in the morning, they were not helpful and offered me no help or offer of compensation for a full nights sleep lost. I was in Napa for work and I was very displeased and I will not recommend this hotel to any one.

Large clean room with an equally large clean bathroom. The entire staff was welcoming and professional. Very reasonable compared to other options we considered. Our only complaint is that our, front-of-property, ground floor room was noisy from upstairs guests and late-night check-ins. Otherwise, highly recommend.

Rooms were big and clean! The staff was very nice and there was coffee in the rooms and at reception. Even some of the 5 star hotels that I stayed in dont have free good coffee. Parking was convenient. And super close to downtown Napa (not walking distance but close to drive). It was a great experience. Bagel place and restaurant was walking distance if you get hungry.
