Fine stay—the check in was easy, the location is good, bed was pretty comfortable, but cleanliness was a bit of an issue. The shower unfortunately had hairs left over from a previous guest and the decorative pillows also had something gross on them. I understand it’s hard to wash decorative pillows and a shower without a detachable head, but either don’t use them then, and get a bucket!
Hands down the best place I have ever stayed.
Was nervous about staying at a bed and breakfast. This place was so unique. Beautiful character of the property with the 1800’s architecture. It was modern inside and very clean which is improtsnt to me. The stay was so friendly welcoming. The bedrooms are cozy and beds are very comfortable. In the morning they served a wonderful breakfast. Smooth check in and check out process.
This beautiful Inn was everything i needed. I was in Napa for event that began before check-in. I made arrangements with the Inn to check-in early so i could be on my way.
At night, it was peaceful and i didn't hear other guests or cars passing by. My soaking tub was perfect for unwinding in my cozy room. In the morning, I was greeted by the friendliest hostess who offered me pancakes made from scratch with fresh fruit! And coffee!
I really do wish I could've stayed another night. Guess this means I'll look forward to my next stay.
Do know that as an historic building, there are very steep and narrow staircases. There are however lots of handrails installed.
Wonderful and historic hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Rustic and modern vibes on property and rooms. Accommodations with spacious deluxe room. Patio in the back. Refrigerator in room but no microwave. Dining area is small but not crowded as this as a very intimate Bed and Breakfast style. Breakfast was quaint and just enough to get your day started. Options for breakfast available. Parking is very limited and first come first serve otherwise you can park on street around the corner (plenty of street parking) very close to fast food places, Target, Raley’s, urgent care and gas. Very romantic and quiet for couples
Quaint, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast served with limited but adequate menu. Friendly service. More a Bed & Breakfast than a hotel. Rooms are on 3 levels. No elevators. Luckily our room was only about 6 steps up. Residential neighborhood within walking distance of Napa town center. Manager was kind enough to hold our baggage after we checked out as we were actually leaving later in the day.

Charged us another $200 when we arrived because of a marketing error on their end where their third party apps to they would not allow us to put more than 2 people in the room for a Family Suite. They would not meet in the middle at all for the situation and were too afraid to speak to the manager. The next day they promised us at breakfast they would have the manager alleviate or speak to us to see what he can do and they never did anything. We had already paid $400 for a room for one night and we ended up having to pay $600. The tv and remote were partially broken and very hard to use.
