We could hear every little thing in our room... fighting from across the hall late at night to 'passionate' guests early each morning. It was not a peaceful or restful stay. Not the fault of the property. But might attract certain folks

Digital key was never provided as promised and the room given to us was not yet ready. Towels were all over the barhroom and the bed was not yet made. We were given a different room but for some reasons, there’s a vibration noise that make it hard for us to sleep. Not a very comfortable 2 night for us. I’ll ne more conscious next time of what hotel to choose. Not another hilton

We couldn’t check in until 4pm, when we returned at 4pm, there was a super long line with only one receptionist. Took over 30 minutes to check in. The walls at your hotel are thin with very little acoustical insulation. Won’t be returning.

Overall, our stay was great. A nice, clean, pet-friendly hotel with a good complimentary breakfast. The only oddity was the paid parking. The hotel is located in a strip center with a gym, movie theater, and other retail/restaurants with probably 500+ free parking spaces. Yet, the ones near the hotel are "paid by QR code". It's not intuitively clear that there's a fee for parking at the hotel or why it's paid by third party and not on your bill. One parking aisle over from the "hotel parking" is free. I don't mind paying for parking in urban areas where parking is limited, but this is odd and the QR code payment seemed shady.
