clean, friendly staff, conveniently located in downtown Napa with plenty of parking and large strip mall next door and across street with Target, supermarket and everything else you'd need. It's on a major road, but not noisy. nicely surprised at large hot buffet breakfast included.

Found ants in my room, front desk could send me my receipt but wouldn't, it was incredibly dark inside and outside rooms, weird smell in the room and didn't feel like almost 300 dollars a night, very comparable to motel 6 level hotels

There’s black mold in the shower and the conditioner is empty. The tv remote barely works. You can’t get into the pool/spa without having to call or in my case I had to walk to the office only to find out the front desk person was gone off site getting fast food. I stood up there for about 15 minutes waiting for her to show back up.
