Property was in a great location. However, the room lacked basic upkeep. There was patching done near the main door and it wasn’t even painted over. Also, the shutters didn’t work well so light can come in and more importantly, anyone walking by can see. The overall room needs major maintenance performed and the pool was pretty dirty as well.

A very old (50's) properties - outer corridors were quite narrow. The sole icemaker was on the ground floor but not working, "sorry for the inconvenience" notice posted was months old. Key security for stairwells etc. were broken. Shower water backed up around my ankles. Smoke alarm woke us up at 7:30 AM, then just stopped after about 20 seconds, no clear reason why.

Honestly when we pulled up we were a little disappointed because it’s more of a motel but as soon as we met Gary at the front desk all of our concern was gone! He was bubbly and gave us a map (our cheat sheet) of Napa and we ended up having a blast! The hotel is walking distance to everything downtown and parking is convenient on site.

Wife and I just needed a place to crash after going to the Blue Note for a show. Bed was hard. There were two hard pillows and two super soft pillows.... like.... super soft. There was a hair in the bath tub. And for the money that you have to spend... they don't even give you two bottles of water. I guess we went on a busy weekend cause it was over $300. We also got The Very Last parking space which is one of the reasons I book this hotel. Would have been Really mad if I couldn't park. If you can afford a few more bucks... go with a nicer hotel. Read all the reviews before you book any hotel.

Was it worth the price of $340? No! But, we had no choice, we were here for a concert. It looks like the normal rates for this hotel is $150... So, we encountered a few hiccups like hair in the shower and opened coffee condiment packets, both made me question the cleanliness. However, the comfort of the bed, an armchair to chill and quietness and the unbeatable location, made our stay worthwhile. We will stay here again? Absolutely! The lobby staff were friendly and fun. #getanewcleaningcrew

Great location, cleanliness needs improvement
They didn’t service our room even after we confirmed we did want it and the room was rather dirty for the price. Mold in the bathroom on the shower curtain and toilet. However, the location was very convenient.

Great for central downtown napa
All the tables were sticky, had to wipe them down. Mattress was hard and uncomfortable. We did have a mini fridge.
