Good location
The service was good. They only served breakfast and the bar was open. Both were staffed with friendly and attentive staff. The building is dated and needs to be renovated. The room was very bare. The location is very good.

Wonderful staff. Very nice, newer, clean accomodations and grounds. However, the walls/floor/ceiling are very thin and could hear way more than what is acceptable. In addition, there is no wall between bedroom and bathroom, only shutters, which was very awkward.

No room service and poor customer service when it comes to room cleaning. We had to request toilet paper twice, clean coffee cups and coffee. We had to request clean towels and ask twice to have the room cleaned.

Limited amenities. Supposed to have book a suit but it was just an average room. Nickel and dime the guest with “resort fee”. No toiletries. Cheap poorly functioning hair dryer. Extremely uncomfortable pull out bed.

This felt like a best western with a nicer bar area. Not very big, and I’m guessing no views. We had a view of the parking lot. The room was clean/big and the bed was comfortable. Very nice walking trail that goes downtown was a big plus.

It’s not in the heart of downtown Napa so it’s a little more private than the stays there. Prices can get pretty overwhelming in Napa but you definitely get for what you pay. Beds are comfortable and staff is very friendly.
