It was claimed to be a glitch between Expedia and Senza Hotel’s system that I was placed in a completely different room. I was celebrating my anniversary and despite the major mistake, we still made it special. The room we booked for was fully booked during our stay so we had to settle for the wrong room. The front desk agent did a great job for supporting us so she gets a star. If it was a glitch and not a human error, please update your system asap before another guest experiences the same issue.

We stayed on the ground level since we have large luggage (Property is two story building and does not have elevator to the 2nd floor). Over all it's nice hotel. Our two complains are 1. No actual windows that you can open from our room. 2. Noise from the upstairs. You can hear every steps from upstairs.
