Very handy as it is next to the beach. Room is prestigiously clean and nice to have a spa facility. Only shortcoming is the bathroom ceiling was leaking during the heavy rain and my little girl slipped over when walked in.

Nice area, big room, spa bath was cool, water pressure in shower was very good. Carpark is first in first serve. The room was a bit dirty and needs some maintenance. Wifi was terrible, very loud due to being on a main road, people walking up and down stairs and other guests using their spa bath late at night. Overall good price for a beach front view and its fairly close to lots of places.

Excellent location, right on Marine Parade. Room was also nice and spacious with a lovely balcony looking out to the ocean. Kitchen was basic with small fridge, electric frying pan, microwave, toaster and kettle. Room is a bit dated and could do with a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean of the carpet.

The room was clean except for a major smell that was musty and putrid !! there was also a massive stain on the carpet which the smell was worse. I came back to room late, and the office was unattended so didnt call to complain was in room 2

We told the staff about the crack in the shower floor which was not attended to while we were there. Not sure what’s leaking but the boards by the spa bath are rotting. We also had no toilet paper after 1st day which was a little annoying.

This is a very large and a little dated property. If has 3 floors and you need to climb spiral staircases to get to upper floors. There is plenty of parking. Town is about 10m walk away. My room had a deck with excellent sea views. Staff were polite and professional. My stay was quiet once the traffic died down but you could slightly hear people talking in the next room. Deck door can be difficult until you get the hang of them (you need to open and close the door without the lock and make sure both are fully closed to lock). I would stay there again

There was electrical wires hanging out the wall in the bathroom this is so un safe. My child or anybody had touched these and got electrocuted it could end very bad. More than happy to show you photos.
