The hotel was very clean , the staff (the receptionist and the cleaners) are very friendly , helpful and efficient. The car park is good and free of charge. All the shops and cafes are about 5 minutes walking from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay in Napier and definitely when I return to Napier I will stay at Expressotel, thanks.
