Room very clean. The did not charge for parking. Only negative was that somebody with a key tried to enter the room of a sole female guest at 06:30am main door lock opened but luckily she had closed above latch.

I feel very fortunate to have come across this gem of a hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean and very quiet. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly as are the ladies who service the rooms. It is ideally situated close to the main shopping area.

We had to change rooms due to a very loud vibrating bathroom fan and the very intense cleaning material smell. So we called reception and their super sweet and helpful staff member came out atn10pm to find us another room. Which was super nice, quiet and no smells! We like to thank you guys again for being so extra helpful and attentive. Mattresses were excellent, rooms spotless!

Good is not great I disliked having to get in the side door when front door locked In the seedier part of town, as a single woman daunted by the early evening gatherings in park next door No real selection of decent tv channels No parking for guests other than public that needed early risings to feed the meter

Room was fine. Staff were excellent. Suggest that someone may it a regular thing to give the tv remotes a clean. If the one in our room was anything to go by, they are quite dirty. Offered as helpful advice, not a complaint.

Room… fresh decor, tidy. Staff… very friendly and informative. Proximity to cbd excellent. One concern was a lack of car parks. I know there was access to a car park across the road, but my car is special to me and I wouldn’t want to rely on that. Fortunately, I had a mate pick me up Saturday, but Sunday I walked & didn’t venture far as I didn’t want to lose my park.

Given a room that looks nothing like photoss (accessible/disabled room instead of normal studio that we booked). Light switches are way lower than normal height, can't find them without torch when waking up in the middle of the night, . Parking is inconvenient - only 9 parking space at hotel so had to park elsewhere and got up before 8am so we could pay parking for the day. Hard bed and hard pillows. Blackout curtains aren't wide enough to cover the side of the windows. Woken up by someone using spa bath at 7am. Positive: good location, hot shower, nice selection of tea.
