The room was dirty and smells poop. The room key did not work and the front desk argued it worked! We have to walk from the garage back to the hotel . Service was awful. Don’t stay at this property . It’s filthy . Smells so bad.

The 2-bedroom suite was clean. Friendly staff. Another tv in the main bedroom as well. Each bedroom has it's own heatpump. Space to sit and eat at a table. Parking garage under the hotel behind a gate for piece if mind. The mattressess need replacemet. It's sagging in the middle, so I kept moving down onto the mattress into the dip that woke me up a few times. Other than that, it was a good place.

Clean and modern and quiet at night.

Navigate gave us a large ground floor room that was clean and modern with a tiled bathroom. Our night was really quiet which was great. There is secure underground parking for guests too.

AMATAITI

I like that it is local, reasonably priced, quiet and privacy being the biggest one as i have had problems with many other motels/hotels. This is by far the best motel ive stayed at in hawkesbay. In the near future i will definitely be looking here for time out especially over the holidays
