The room was clean, but a little dated, but the 2 person hot tub was wonderful. Only real complaint was that the pictures seemed to indicate that the hotel was ocean front….in reality, it is across a 4 lane road from the beach

After many years of frequently staying at Pebble Beach, I’ve had enough of their nonsense. Deteriorating maintenance and ‘distant’ personnel mean I’ll look elsewhere from now on. A couple of examples from last night: I was put in a room with windows which have no handles, this made closing them impossible and therefore early road noise disruptive. And the shower, well that was ‘fun’ … a floppy shower head means hand-held only. Sigh.

While this is an older building, excellent renovations have been made to the bathrooms. The rest of the room was clean and very comfortable. The outdoor balcony overlooking the water was the perfect place to relax. Very well stocked kitchen, good parking, and an elevator to help move baggage to the upper levels. Would stay again.
