Reception was very casual and it went down hill from there The place is run down, the room had poor lighting, a door lock that was broken, walls that were damaged and partially repaired. Walkways were in need of repair. A good note the laundry was functional and timely.

Location was good and room was reasonably spacious, with all amenities provided. Check-in staff were very pleasant and accommodating. One side of the queen bed had no bedside table, which was inconvenient. Wifi frequently dropped out.

situated on Marine parade - brilliant location - wonderful for families with keen skaters/scooter kids. room service superb. staff awesome, great facilities, very helpful front office staff. immaculate rooms. even looked after the kids toy bunny - sitting him up in the made up bed each and every day. we love you guys. thanks from the bottom of our hearts. definately will return.

We had a good stay for family with kid overall. The location is very central, walkable distance to Art Deco area. The room facilities are clean, basic but worked well for us. There is bathtub in bathroom. Pantry area does not have cooktop, but fully equipped with microwave, toaster, other dinnerwares. The indoor pool is not heated, which is disappointing for the kid. My room's internet is very weak unfortunately, had go outside room to have a stable connection. However, the plus point is TV is with Sky channels.
