Located right across from the beach and with every room having an ocean view, don’t look anywhere else; this one has it all!!! We are travelling from Canada and I’d booked this room several months ago and had forgotten exactly what I’d booked, so it was a very pleasant surprise when we arrived. The property could use some updating, but it was spotlessly clean. We highly recommend this one, if you’re visiting the Napier area.

Our stay was very good. The location is so good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. An upgrade of a number of the blinds would help the appearance of the hotel as many have been badly marked by the sun.

The location and setting is excellent, close to town and other ammenities. The rooms are spacious and have great views. The beds are very comfortable as well. Parking is also very convenient and off street. While very clean and well cared for, the decor could benefit from upgrading and refurbishment. Overall the location is the best and is why I’m always drawn to staying at Te Pania.
