Friendly, professional, super helpful staff. Great location, walkable to stores, dock and restaurants. Was not an issue for us but lots stairs to walk to lobby if you have mobility issues. Had to use a garage for parking. Nice breakfast included. Would highly recommend!!!

Very convenient location, excellent shopping & food very close by. Just an important thing to note-there are a lot of stairs & no elevator. Biagio is very helpful & pleasant, and we would stay again except without an elderly person who has trouble walking up stairs.

We had a wonderful stay at Agra Suites. Biagio and the staff are incredibly friendly and available. Room was spacious, comfy and really clean. Perfectly located in Chiaia we were able to enjoy one of Napoli's finest neighbourhoods. We are looking forward to returning again in the future. Highly recommended.

Winter holiday in Naples

Agra Suites is situated in a perfect location, especially if you like to shop! We found our suite to be sparkling clean, and the service was excellent. Biagio helped us arrange transportation from the airport, gave wonderful dinner suggestions, and made sure our every need was met. Agra Suites is a quiet respite in the midst of bustling Naples. Highly recommend!

Biagio is the person who makes this place incredible! His hospitality is perfection. If you are planning a trip to the Amalfi or Naples I would highly recommend. Great location with local shops and amenities in a safe location in Naples, within 20 min walk of the ferry terminals which get you to the Amalfi in approx 1.5 hours. The hotel is clean and tidy and the room is well equipped. Highly recommend, we hope to return soon!

stayed at Agra ...it was great, actually Biagio and his staff were Great! --My arrival was after hours, around 11:30pm, so I reached out to Biagio (whom actually reached out prior asking if i needed anything before my arrival) to confirm someone would be there to check me into my room after hours. Biagio made sure someone was there, actually at the front door waiting for me, perfecto! -- He also arranged a driver to pick me up from the airport, which i said yes to... was easy, quick & hassle free.. drive was standing outside customs/immigration with a sign, Perfecto!! -- Biagio and his staff made my stay enjoyable and relaxing. Staff is very friendly & approachable. --Breakfast was included and the restaurant is right downstairs, outside in the piazza/plaza...great way to start the morning by relaxing outside and some people watching or planning your day! Incredible place to stay!!!!

Biagio was amazing and very helpful, always took an extra step and went above and beyond to make sure we have everything we needed. The room is brand new, clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend to book this hotel also great area near bars, restaurants and shops.
