We had a quick stay here but would definitely be back. Gabriele was wonderful to deal with and very responsive. The room was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Very comfortable, clean room and the restaurants near by were great! We wish we had longer to stay and tour around. Next time!

Big room in quiet and walkable area. The owner reached out in advance to give us advice on how to get there. Gabriele was also very helpful when we arrived and giving us suggestions of what to do in the short time we had. Breakfast was great. We could choose what we liked the night before and it was served in our room. Great place to stay!

Great short stay at B&B Orsini46. The owners were wonderful. Kind, helpful and responsive. The room was clean, updated and quiet. The location is right near the waterfront’s pedestrian walkway which made for a beautiful evening stroll to dinner at the delicious Antonio&Antonio for traditional Naples pizza. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a fabulous stay at B&B Orsini46 which is situated in a great location close to the seafront, with it's good restaurants and close enough to the action of town, but away from it's busy streets. The hosts were excellent and provided a lot of useful information and tips. Breakfast was very good with many different options, there is even a coffee machine and kettle in the room. The room was large and with a high ceiling. We would highly recommend and will book again next time in Naples.

What an amazing little B&B in Naples!
I loved staying at B&B Orsini46. Was in Naples for a night to spend right before my flight and loved the location, hospitality, cleanliness and everything! Parking wasn't too tough either, plus this location is walkable to all the nice areas and restaurants around. Getting to Old Town is a little tough but nothing that's not manageable. I highly recommend staying here on your next vacay to Naples.

The hosts Gabriele and Manuela are tremendous! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend their place. It is very spacious and immaculate. I doubt you will find a better place for that price range. 5 stars all the way around. Oh and Manuela makes the best scrambled eggs for breakfast !

Fantastic, the hosts could not be more helpful and kind. The property is stunning and located well for travelling around Naples. For the price, an absolute bargain, genuinely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and have been a boutique hotelier for some years now. Book it now, you won’t regret it

Great B&B in Naples
A lovely couple has the B&B in an excellent location in Santa Lucia, near the sea, the royal palace and the Teatro San Carlo. The rooms are in a grand palazzo on the third floor with an elevator. A good breakfast is served in the room at the time of choice and with a wide selection possible. The owners are very helpful in every way. Our room did not have a sea view, but was pleasant and comfortable.

Beautifully renovated apartment in centuries old building. Still has a functioning manually operated cage elevator which adds charm to the experience. Just a couple of blocks from the sea/harbour. Very walkable to major old town sights, restaurants and shopping. The owners live on the property and are very friendly and helpful.

Great stay!
We only stayed one night and had to leave very early in the morning, butthe service was amazing! They booked a taxi for us to take to the airport early. They brought fruit and pastries the night before since we werent going to be there for the included breakfast the next morning. Everything was clean and spacious. There was a small fridge, espresso maker, complementary water, iron, hair dryer, etc... all the comforts of home. It was close to the water and not far from Naples Port. We walked to the port for the ferry to Carpi. There were little cafes right around the corner too. Nice area. We would definitely recommend!

I normally don't spend a lot of time on reviews, but Orsini46 deserves one. B&B Orsini46 (the building address) is conveniently located near the waterfront promenade. You could take a taxi (25-30 Euro) to the building or the Alibus (5 Euro) from airport to Port Beverello and then walk a short distance. The room I had was nicely appointed with a very modern washroom. However, there are 3 unique rooms so your experience may differ. There was a small fridge to keep a couple of drinks cold, a Nespresso machine, and the made-to-order breakfast was wonderful. I met the couple that own Orsini46, who live onsite, and they were wonderful hosts, but their staff member should not be overlooked - he helped me plan my day with a map before my brother arrived. It would be challenging for a family unless you could book multiple rooms, but for a couple of friends traveling together you cannot go wrong.. If you are looking for something other than a generic hotel experience, then you should try to book with Orsini46. The reviews are real, it's pretty awesome.
