The hotel was charming. The staff was attentive and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding and a nice touch. A special shout out to Pepe and Carlos who made the stay there even more memorable.

Amazing time in Napoli!!!

The hotel is easy access to everything. The room was clean and comfortable, maybe just needs a new coat of paint. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing and our waiter was a lot of fun. Our only critique is we checked in late and although check in was fast we were not told that our room was behind the door with two room numbers and we needed to put the electronic key in the wall slot for light so we struggled with finding our room and then getting some light.

This property had a single room for me when they knew 2 people were staying in a room. That is rediculous. Hotel clerk was going to make us pay more. Then when I said I wanted my money back the hotel manager gave us a room with a double bed. Area was sketchy. grafitti all over walls in alley when going anywhere. Late at night people were yelling outside. Breakfast was ok

WOW what a great surprise! Fantastic hotel

Wow we were so surprised. When you get on the street - if before lively dinner you may question what you booked. Or when you enter the reception lobby which is tiny filled with suitcases with no closet. BUT wait. You will be pleasantly surprised the rest of the hotel was huge and amazing. Staff are overly nice and make you feel at home. The rooms were big, comfortable beds and they way the set up our room for kids was perfect. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again or recommend it. Wait until you have breakfast in the prettiest room at the hotel. Enjoy!

Loved this hotel. We booked very last minute and were pleasantly surprised. We had a lovely drink on the terrace, the beds were comfy, room spacious, bathroom clean, and it’s in a perfect location for exploring the centro historico. Definitely recommend!

The property is located in a narrow street with very limited access by taxi. The staff are not very friendly or helpful. The furniture are old and not very convenient. The bedside desk is four feet tall. You can not put anything on it. Half of the outlet are not working.
