Didn’t like admitting self with multiple steps. OK once you figured it out. The room was clean and modern. We only stayed in that area for pickup the next morning.

Really great location, next to the main station. Very comfortable and easy check in/out process. One thing to bear in mind, the location is near a lot of sketchy looking characters, didn’t feel that safe walking at night.

This was a very good stay. The area is very close to the center and getting around is a breeze. The unit itself was very clean, we came extra early and saw them scrubbing the unit clean. Communication with the host was also easy. It is a bit of a process to get in but it was explained well and the reply's were prompt. The only downside to this unit we found that the bathroom we had the water would go cold every so often. It was a bit uncomfortable to be hit with freezing water unexpectedly. Other than that it was great.

The room was great! it was somewhat small but ok for one person. they gave me two free bottles of water in the fridge and the bathroom was very clean and small but had enough counterspace. my only complaint would be about the reception. I tried going to reception around 5pm on sat - when they're supposed to be open, however, no one was there. the person to contact on Whatsapp was fairly responsive but not when I absolutely needed it- like when I needed to check out. overall though, I'd stay here again

The manager was great! Gave us a guide of what to do in naples and some restaurant recs. The service was nice and I enjoyed the room. They had coffee and snacks for those who want it.

Our stay was great. We did a remote check in which was easy to follow and the hotel manager assisted us with the process. The room was a good size and we really liked the complimentary water and coffee. When planning the next phase of our trip, they were really helpful with giving us advice of where to go and prices for ferries to the Amalfi. Overall it was a great place to stay in Naples

Great stay!
We enjoyed our stay here for a few nights exploring Naples and surrounding areas! The hotel is located around 10-15 walk from main train station. It was around 15 minute walk to the port where you can take a boat to Procida, Capri etc. Its easily walkable to all the tourist sights & shopping areas from here. The hotel was in a quiet courtyard so still managed to get a good sleep in busy Naples! The reception staff were great - using whatsapp to communicate and can keep your bags here on check out day when we had a later flight. We had bottled water on the first day, but this wasnt replenished on the other days which was maybe the only downside.

Was difficult to get to taxi took us to another Hermes and we were then stranded. Another taxi ride later we arrived not identification of premises closed gate. Finally got in and into our room which was tiny but ok except for shower which sprayed all over and flooded floor. Left our bags in room for a few hours but couldn’t get back in until 2pm to pick them up. A lot of this was probably our fault for not checking more thoroughly but it certainly wasn’t easy all round and not a highlight of our trip
