This property really doesn’t have an airport shuttle. You have to book it way in advance. It has limited hours. Taxis to the property charge double due to the distance and tioll booth. My room had a foul odor. The bed was not comfortable.

Hotel itself & staff are great ocean view Is fantastic. They do have a shuttle to the airport. However, In the description it said it was in Naples, it is not it is in Procida. Advertisement said near the international airport, it is not. It is 50 to 60 euros to take cab to the port area for a hop on hop bus. No wait at the breakfast buffet. So if you want a hotel near the international airport this is not it.

The staff and service are excellent. The view is beautiful. However, The hotel is not near anything. The room has mold around the shower/tile, missing light switches, extremely dirty hot tub. Had to get up early oh for our flight and could hear the Neighbor’s tv.

Outstanding Property/No promised Airport shuttle

Our stay was Great but the description of the property on Hotels.com promised an Airport Shuttle which ended up costing us over 75 Euros for an Uber/Taxi. I emailed the property 48 hours before our stay requesting shuttle information, with no reply. We phoned the property upon arrival at the airport and were told that someone would pick us up. When nobody arrived, we phoned the property again and they apologized and said that unfortunately they did not have a shuttle available. The sole purpose of choosing this property was because of the promise of a hotel shuttle. Upon our arrival at the property, once again they were apologetic and even compted us a drink at their lounge. The hotel is beautiful, the view breathtaking and the cuisine and prices at their evening dinner menu was outstanding. The complimentary continental breakfast on the veranda was exceptional.
