Busy tourist hotel. Too dirty around the pool area and restaurant patio. Every open table had not been wiped down. Rooms were nice. Had an incredible bellman, David, who went above and beyond. Beautiful area.

Night Clark was rude Blonde white female New front desk agent Joe assigned us a room with people inside the room it was extremely embarrassing. He also gave us the wrong keys we could not get in and had to go back to the lobby three times There was credit applied to our account for the inconvenience but this is the principle that matters Pool areas were nice including Jacuzzis

We liked the easy and quick access to the beach. There were restaurants and a Publix in close proximity. The area was beautiful but while we were there the water was very cloudy.

The room was clean however I don’t agree with how you guys charge $35 per car. I went in one car with my family, but we rented two rooms when I checked out they had charged me and my brother-in-law for the parking even though I did not have a car, it was a total of $150 for parking fees when I didn’t even have a car. Well, I had an amazing review for this hotel until I ended up getting a bacteria from the beach. It got me extremely sick for two days out of My week stay. There was an advisory that the beaches were infected with E. coli and Collier county. when I called the hotel to get a partial refund since I spent two days in my hotel locked up With fever, they told me someone would get back to me and a week later no one has even reached out back. When I called the Hilton customer complaint department they told me it was a public beach and that they were not entitled to have to tell me that their beaches were infected. I was only asking to get a refund for the nights that I was extremely sick in bed due to the lack of communication from the hotel so I definitely will not be staying here ever again. I got a $5000 hospital billl And had to pay my bill in full at the hotel. The actual resort is amazing and the staff is very wonderful, but I have to say I’m very disappointed the hotel not having any initiative to be concerned for their guest health and safety
