The hotel was very close to the main stations.it is in a very busy area where there are lots of cafes. There are also a lot of people hanging around doing nothing. The room I was in was quite small but comfortable enough. There was no fridge no tea and coffee facilities and no view. The staff were friendly and helpful. T

Bad value for a poor hotel
Very poor experience. Hotel incredibly expensive for the quality. We stayed for one night whilst on our way to Sorrento, and were glad to be gone so quickly. The room was tiny, nothing like the pictures and felt very unclean and badly cared for. Windows opened up to a busy street so no natural light was possible unless you wanted the world to see in. Area is horrible and felt unsafe at night.

Stayed for 2 nights, it was good in general for the price/value. Ravi at the front desk was very nice but another female staff with glasses was not! I couldn’t take a shower on the day when I was checking out due to hot water system failure which was awful!

GOOD PEOPLE IN SERVICE
1.The receptions guys very friendly 2.The breakfast excellent, very reasonable price. 3.Room service and maid, very good. 4.Good location, near the train station, store and restaurants. 5.Competitive price. *No elevator* The neighborhood is good, but the government need to do, something with the cleaning of the area, the lights are burned and a lot of homeless.

Good location but lacked amenities (hand soap) and air conditioner would not cool. Pillows were not great. Note: no elevator!! Hotel would not honor H free breakfast. Said reservation was room only, but my confirmation included breakfast. Wouldn’t give us breakfast.

Extremely close to the train station. Very small room with what you’d expect for a 2-3 stars accommodation. I honestly had paid more for parking my car in NYC for a copy of days than for a night stay here so I have no complaints.

Outstanding Experience
The hotel exceeded my expectations and I was happy with my stay. I ran in to some difficulties during my stay in Naples and the hotel staff were very sympathetic and accommodating. The hotel itself is located near the train station and many attractions. There is good choices of places to eat and drink and I loved the nearby market. Outstanding experience!!!

We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the train station. 5 stars for that, but I'm not sure it was worth it. Even with the windows and shutters closed, there was noise all night. There was literally 12" of room to walk around the bed. Including the opening to the very small bathroom that you had to step up into. No toiletries besides a tiny hand soap bar. Had to go to the lobby to ask for more toilet paper as there was only 1/3 roll to start and no extra. Air conditioning was low as it would go, but was still a sweat shop in the room. Interior walls also paper thin. So it was cramped, loud and hot. And no elevator. The front desk attendant was nice enough, just not the best overall experience.

stayed at this hotel last year and had such a great experience we came back this year. We arrived tired at 22.00 and was told by the receptionist that our room was on the second floor. I asked him where was the lift and he said "we don't have one". I said that I had a heart condition and would struggle to carry my cases up stairs and he just shrugged his shoulders. We came back to our room one day to get ready for the evening to find that our bed had not been made and they had just given us clean towels that was all. The following day we came back to drop something off in our room at about 4pm to find that our room had still not been made up. I told the receptionist who said "it's ok they won't be long, the guy is working alone." Two days later we came back around 5.30 to get ready for the evening to find that yet again our room had not been made up. I went to complain to the reception and they apologised and said "please can you give us half an hour. We sat in the reception for half an hour and was told that our room was ready but when we got there it was still not done. Reception said they had made up the wrong room , so we had to wait another half an hour. Our sink was blocked so I asked the night receptionist can we get it unblocked and he said tomorrow. We feel that things have gone downhill at this hotel since last year. On a plus side the breakfast was lovely and the staff in the restaurant were very very friendly and helpful. I would never recommend it to anyone.
