Convenient location. Close to the metro, shopping, and many restaurants. The hotel bar and restaurant has excellent staff and the food was very good. Hotel staff are very helpful, courteous, and kind. It is a older hotel, but has been well taken care of. Rooms were clean with many updates.

It’s a nice hotel located very close to the central station, which makes it easy to get to. There are plenty of touristy restaurants nearby as well. The room was clean and modern, with a fantastic shower that sprays water from the top, middle, and below – a real highlight. Breakfast was fine, though the selection wasn’t huge, the service was quick and efficient. One thing to note is that just a few streets behind the hotel, near the station, there’s a rather dodgy area that doesn’t feel very pleasant, so tourists should avoid going there. Overall, though, it’s a nice hotel and I really enjoyed my stay.

It was conveniently located for the station, metro, central Naples and local restaurants. It had a basic Italian restaurant with a discount for residents, but there are plenty of alternatives nearby. The street outside was a bit run down, and there was a lot of litter, uneven pavements, etc. This is central Naples! Personally I didn't feel threatened, but I can see others might do. The bed was comfortable and the room large, clean and quiet, overlooking a courtyard. The air-conditioning was effective but seemed to be stuck on a cold even when set to 24C! The fittings were a strange mix of new and old, some were stained or corroded. I didn't find any English channels on the TV, but this was the first hotel I have stayed in with a Bible for about 20 years!

It was OK for one person for one night, although I'm a little above average height and weight, so the bed was a little too small. Also, there was no complimentary water and the wending machine takes only coins. If you only use credit card you're out of luck (an drink). Very convenient garage, very good restaurant (Davide), good breakfast, although steak could be better (I'm from Texas, so spoiled).

Disappointing stay

Our trip to Italy was amazing except for our stay at this hotel. The people at the front desk were unfriendly, the people who worked the breakfast buffet were unfriendly as well. Our room was unwelcoming and sterile looking. No one would guess it is a hotel in Italy by looking at it. The safe in the room didn’t work. The shower and the sink had a slow drain. We couldn’t even brush our teeth without the sink filling up. The phone in the room didn’t work. There were no bed side lamps or lighting. We picked this hotel because of its proximity to the train station , but that was a mistake. It is a VERY SKETCHY area. We don’t feel safe walking in the area. It was very noisy even late at night. I should have read all the reviews before booking because clearly this is a pattern with this hotel. And they don’t care to fix any of the issues. I would not stay here again.

Def far from a 4star hotel. The room really basic and unfortunately it stinked very badly of drainage so much so it was impossibile to sleep well and be comfortable. Room extremely noisy with lot of people shouting until 1am in their room corridor and staff didn't do anything. Chaos at breakfast with long queue. Staff friendly but def not a pleasant experience (also they charge for luggage storage but it was not communicated upfront, only upon arrival)

The hotel is easy to find and conveniently close to the central train and bus stations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the ensuite bathroom very good. The room was clean. Breakfast was a buffet - there was a good selection. The hotel is a little dated, not really a problem though. Our room overlooked a central courtyard that was quite scruffy. The streets around Naples are typically littered and smelly - clearly street cleaning is not the Councils priority.
