We had added a 2 night stay to our Rome trip so that we could take a ferry to see the island of Capri and Sorrento. When we arrived a gentleman was waiting for us at the entrance on the street as the hotel is on the 2nd floor. Just a large wooden door at the street entrance. I have to say we were pleasantly surprised when we walked into an extremely clean and updated property on 2nd floor. We had a very restful stay as the room was quiet, the icing on the cake was breakfast brought to your room. Location was GREAT to the port, many restaurants and we explored around the nearby area. Many things to see. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Staff was opening and friendly.

The room was clean and quiet. I was amazed by how high tech it was-everything was electronic. (To turn on the lights anywhere needed your palm) the water was hot, but I think they needed a better toilet paper holder. No one spoke English, and unfortunately, my husband and I speak almost no Italian. The gentleman at the front desk used an app which worked well enough for check in, but not enough for us to feel confident asking questions on how we should get to Pompeii, dinner recs, etc. Breakfast included watery coffee, or and some yummy pastries. I loved using the hobbit door in the main doorway to get in the building, even though we had to haul our luggage over the lip of the door. The elevator was useful after all of our walking. We weren’t far from the water, lots of restaurants and shopping.

My husband and I found this property very unique and enjoyed our stay. I’m glad I read the reviews before hand and also called the property itself the day prior to confirm the time of checking in just due to the slight language barrier and also the location itself.. the reviews helped us be prepared for the slight language barrier and helped us find our location more easily- we found it actually a smooth process once we did a little research on the location and they were able to speak well enough English to confirm what we needed. It’s in a very unique building, you have to pay attention to the signs once your in the building.. it’s sort of in a tucked away area within a building of other suites/apartments…as long as you read the sign and follow you will be greeted with a smile and check in was very smooth. They bring you breakfast in the morning at the time you request and also offered slippers for the room! It’s like staying in a New York small apartment style building but had lots of storage areas still with a small fridge and everything you need. You just have to be open minded with the size/layout of room knowing you’re there for a memorable experience with lots of walkable dining and shopping in the area not for the size of room. Felt very clean, safe and enjoyed our 1 night stay! Thank you.

Very good location. Close to almost everything needed. Facilities well equipped, decorated. Staffs very friendly. Although whom I have met don’t speak much English but they are all very helpful to make sure I have understood what they wanted to tell me and their answers to my questions (I don’t know any Italian language except a few greeting words which are useless in question and answer) by other means such as writing, hand gestures or voice translation. I did not feel anything communication issue in entire stay. We got our breakfast in our room on time every day on time, which was better than we expected. Definitely will want to stay again if I have a chance.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY! Booked this property day of travel could not reach owner on provided contact. Reached out to expedia and they could not reach owner night of as well. Arrived on location was not provided information to enter property or able reach owner. Had to book and travel to a separate hotel and owner will not process a refund for travel despite us booking, arriving and not being able to checkin to stay.

The Good: Very clean, friendly staff, nicely appointed rooms. The Bad: Hard to find from the street (no signs), front desk rarely staffed, and little English spoken. The Ugly: We reserved 2 identical suites. When we arrived, they didn't have them and wanted to put one of us in a smaller room. After some back and forth they gave us what we had reserved but we had to move to the smaller room for the last night there. Worse still, there was poor communication so after we had left for the morning they moved all of our stuff on our behalf. They refused to refund the cost difference and Orbitz has been no help.

Absolutely LOVED this mini-hotel in Napoli. Seems like a small family-run place. Super welcoming people and the rooms are very modern/newly renovated. Was beyond my expectations and would personally return to stay here whenever I come back to Napoli!

Our room (Plebiscito) was clean, comfortable, and modern. The bathroom was spacious and had a huge jet tub. Staff was accommodating but spoke little to no English. The hotel is on the second floor with the smallest elevator I have ever seen. It took a couple of elevator cycles to get us and out luggage to and from our room.
