Not recommended
I don’t think this was a 3-star hotel based on other stays that I had! We didn’t have hot water in one of the days during our stay. They didn’t change the towels during our entire stay (3 nights). The room had a cigarette smell that sticked on my clothes. The region is very noisy and the streets are really dirty. The staff were cordial but speak very poor English.

The worst hotel I have ever been. The man sitting in the front desk at night wearing suites and tie was really rude! He was mean because I was speaking english not Italian. The girl speaking english at the front desk was really nice and helpful though. So many small flyers in the room. Weak wifi! Stay away from this hotel!

What bothered us the most is that we were asked to leave our passports at reception. We refused and the woman then simply wrote our info down. Also, the internet was down from evening until early morning.

Good Location but not very impressive rooms
The first room we were given was very clean, spacious and comfy but as the evening kicked in the room started getting cold and there was no heater in the room. The issue was raised with the reception manager who was very helpful and hands on to solve the problem. Initially a quilt was offered to us but after insisting they moved us to a different room in the main building. The second room was very small and had only a single bed. The room felt like a hostel setting and was very uncomfortable for me and my partner. Also the wi-fi wasn't working in the room. Overall the experience was bad apart from the manager who was very helpful and did try to help us out by all means possible.

Horrible place and rude staff members
Please avoid this place by all means. Staff members are extremely rude, walls are paper thin, so a lot of noises during the day as well as night. Opened the window and saw street full of trash and fat rats running as well as 2 guys injecting drugs into their legs. I forgot my phone charger in the room and when came back for it, staff members just said they know nothing. This property does not live up to 3* category. Could give it maximum two, but because of rudeness of the staff can’t even give that. Such property should not be on Expedia engine. Shame.

Very close to the station.
Very clean hotel. Excellent breakfast. Felt safe eventhough area of Naples felt a little 'dodgy'. Staff very helpful - ordered us a takeaway pizza.

Great location
Great location (althrough I don't reccomend going through the minor streets behind the main boulevard if you don't want to get mugged) near the two big corsos of the city 20 mins by foot from the harbor and the Palace 15 mins from the start of the old city. Clean rooms very polite personnel (fairly bilingual), nice food great coffee. Minuses are the Wi-Fi connection (there wasn't any for hours for 2 times for 3 days) and the somewhat noisy boulevard (windows are insulating that great, so don't worry about your good sleep).

Overall comfy and simple. Entrance on the main road. Good for a short stay, sufficient and convenient not to lug baggage around Naples. Need to climb stairs though. Rooms are big and nicely decorated. breakfast was sufficient and yummy. Staff was polite and nice. Very close to food and necessities.

Stayed on the third floor. Had a elevator but not in use but staff at hotel carried up luguage to the third floor both on arrival and departure. Room had no windows but room was large with extra room with desk that this room could be lock. The staff at the desk very helfful and friendly. Clean, Excellent location and helpful staff
Just a few minutes from central train station & metro station, many restaurants, cafe as well as famous pizza shop was nearby. As it's on a main Street, so I feel safe to walk back from metro after dark. It is unexpected that the staff help me to carry my bags to my room (2/f) and the breakfast is simple but fairly good.

Great Price, Great Location for a Clean Hotel
A clean small hotel in close proximity to the train station. The hotel has elevators but there seem to be reduced access to them- we used stairs all the time. The staff were excellent and very accommodating - they carried the bags to the first floor( quite a few steps); also we had bags that we had to leave for the day, and the staff were vey kind to assist us with storage. There is some room for improvement - there was lack of toiletries, the cable did not have great channels, the breakfast menu items were limited. The hotel has great access to stores and amenities. I would definitely stay there again.

Central location.
Set on a main thoroughfare just 5/7 minutes from the rail station it affords easy access to the transport network which i found invaluable.Staff i found very helpful,even with slight language difficulty.The room was spacious,clean but no complimentary tea/coffee,TV and wi-fi,excellent signal,bathroom and shower very clean and overall room very well maintained.

Lovely hotel close to all transport links
We stayed at this hotel for a week and while there we visited Naples as well as the nearby tourist attractions: Isle of Capri, Pompei, Sorrento and Amalfi cost. We mainly used public transport (train, metro, bus, ferry) and found the hotel's location very handy as it's near the Central train station and Garibaldi metro station. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Staff was helpful and day girl spoke some English. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were new and very nice. Within walking distance from central train. We walked every where we went. Best pizza in town was 5-6 blocks away. Lots of street vendors, shops, and places to eat. Would most definitely would stay here again!!!!
