The breakfast provided by the hotel was really lovely and the location is excellent but the room, while clean, had marks on the wall from other guests and could definitely use some refreshing. I left a skirt at the property and contacted them to see how I could get it back. They said they have located my item but I should organize a courier to pick it up. This should be fun ;) While Napoli is a food + drink paradise (the hotel is steps away from L'Antiquario which has lovely champagnes by the glass!), you definitely have to work for it/everything

We had a truly wonderful stay at Palazzo Alabardieri, a boutique hotel that seamlessly blends refined elegance with the warmth of Neapolitan hospitality. The hotel’s location is unbeatable; tucked away on a quiet, upscale street just steps from the vibrant Via Chiaia, the waterfront promenade, and Piazza del Plebiscito. We were able to explore the best of Naples on foot, with excellent restaurants, cafes, and boutiques all around us. Breakfast was another highlight, featuring fresh, abundant options served in a cozy and elegant room with a great selection of local and international items. Palazzo Alabardieri delivers a 5-star experience in a boutique setting, and we would return in a heartbeat. It’s a perfect choice for travelers seeking comfort, style, and genuine hospitality in the heart of Naples.

Do not be fooled

While the room(s) may have an attractive esthetic appearance, there’s a lack of understanding that guests should not have to deal with issues that are easily covered by management. I was shocked to see the bathroom shower literally falling apart. The walls had mold and the floor was basically in pieces (see pics attached). The room has a moldy smell to it that was rather unpleasant.

A lovely Hotel with very good staff, friendly service , room was comfortable and very quiet , good breakfast in a lovely dining area , i would thoroughly recommend the Palazzo Alabadeiri as being one of the little gems in the heart of a very busy city , a most enjoyable stay.
