All the staff including the rooftop bartener we so friendly and helpful. I was able to easily walk to the hotel from the train station when I arrived. When leaving, they arranged for a taxi to the airport which I paid for at the hotel. The taxi arrived in minutes. The other 5 hotels we stayed at along the coast did not have a elevator and my son had to carry the luggage up and down the stairs. It was great to have an elevator!

Third stay here. First class hotel perfectly located 2 minutes from Railway Station and Airport Shuttle bus; an oasis in a poor but safe area but only 5 minutes walk from Old Town. Excellent hotel in every respect.

Hotel in challenging environment

The neighborhood was scary, restless and noisy. The traffic was running all over the night, people were noisy talking or having sex. Hotel was clean and nice, friendly staff. In room is only one chair, on the wall is only one hook for towels. Breakfast was good.

Lovely when you are inside (around the property leaves a lot to be desired). Stayed for 3 nights and had a pleasant stay. Breakfast had good choice of continental and cooked food - the staff however were not very attentive - in fact didn’t speak to us once. The roof pool was empty - probably a bit too early in the season for it. Felt like a bit of an oasis in the midst of rather dodgy area - convenient for the station though.

Unfortunately the roof terrace was not available during my stay, would have been nice to be advised of this prior to booking. Wi-fi was a bit intermittent. Overall a very nice hotal, morden and clean interior within a old building and friendly staff.

Nice hotel but let down by external noise and WiFi

Mixed opinions on the stay. Let down by poor WiFi signal in room (said this to hotel staff but nothing done) and dreadful exterior soundproofing. On the plus side, hotel rooms are large and clean. Included breakfast was of good quality. Hotel is definitely nicest hotel in area but let down by external noise and WiFi issues
