The room was clean, very safe and easy to access. They have an elevator. The hotel is located in a neighborhood with many nice little shops and I felt at home walking around. The staff was very responsive and helped me easily check in and check out. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. I highly recommend this hotel. There is also a small kitchen where you can use a fridge and make a coffee. Nice people and a great place! Only a few rooms and it was in an apartment building which I loved. Definitely a boutique feeling!

This was a nice spot. Simple and affordable. Nothing fancy but served our need for a 2 night stay. It is about 10 minute walk to subway. On a busy street but very quiet inside. There is shared kitchen area but no microwave or stove. We didn't need to use the kitchen, but I am not sure it would be useful beyond very basic purpose. The AC worked well and the space seemed clean enough. The bed was fine but the pillows were thin and there was no real blanket on the bed. I need something with some weight when I sleep so that was disappointing. They give a card for coffee and pastry at the cafe downstairs each day which is very nice. We didn't realize it was for each day so we only used it once and when we ordered a second coffee the cafe didn't honor the second card! But I think it's nice that they do this. We needed the elevator so that was a good amenity. The check in process and building access was easy. The area might be a little gritty for some, depends on your experience and expectations. We walked during the day and night and were fine.

The room was good for a short stay. The manager was easy to deal with over WhatsApp, responsive, and booked us a cab to the airport the next morning. The neighbourhood was a bit rough and we found a good nearby locals restaurant. Breakfast was provided at the cafe next door which was nice. The apartment was noisy. It would have been nice to have shampoo and more blankets (minor misses).

I only stayed here on the last night of my Italian trip, mostly I will admit because of its relative proximity to the airport. SO I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel or in the neighborhood. It's kind of a bare bones operation - the room itself is minimally furnished with IKEA furniture, and there is no staff on site at all, at least that I saw. All communication was through Whatsapp, and the person on the other end was very responsive, but getting into the property required a number of steps, and a pretty serious walkthrough, which would not have been possible if my cell service had not been great - which was the case elsewhere in Italy. It was basically an Airbnb. But we made it in relatively easy. The common areas of the apartment building are not in super great shape. An ancient door, a tiny elevator which has seen better days, a stairway I didn't really want to try out. But the room itself, while spartan, was clean and in good shape. And the bathroom looked pretty new, and was easily the best one we had in our whole trip. This was our second stay in Naples on our way through, and this stay was much better than our first. Although I didn't get to see too much of the city, my impression of Naples is that it's a bit rough around the edges. But I liked this neighborhood. Lots of shops and restaurants, well lit at night, lots of families and dog walkers out and about at night. And it was a very short ride to the airport in the morning.

This stay was a pleasant surprise. It’s not a traditional hotel but rather a few rooms within what seems to be a residential building, which actually makes you feel like a local living in the neighborhood. The location is great—close to the airport, in a walkable area, and right near a piazza. The room itself was spotless, modern, and well-kept. Communication with the host was excellent; they were very responsive via WhatsApp and made check-in smooth. One small thing to watch out for: the entrance doors are a bit unusual. They’re oversized doors that have been modified, so the part you walk through is quite short—barely five feet. If you’re tall, keep your head down when entering! Overall, a very comfortable and convenient option if you want something clean, modern, and well-located, with the bonus of feeling like you’re part of the neighborhood.

I had a great stay at this suit. It’s very close to the airport, which was super convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view from the window. The owner was very kind and even helped me with charging my devices. Breakfast was included and really good. Overall, an excellent experience — I would definitely stay here again!

Hébergement très satisfaisant. Propre et très bien équipé. L’hôte est très réactif. Belle localisation près de tout. L’aéroport notamment et alors là, à 3 ou 5 minutes en autobus de la gare de train de Naples. Vous serez à la croisé de plusieurs lignes d’autobus. De très bons plans à côté. Essayez absolument la pizza à 5 mn à pieds (pizzeria A Modo Mio )Via Foria, 290, 80139 Napoli NA, Italie. La meilleure pizza que ma femme et moi avons mangée à Naples non seulement très bonne mais surtout pas cher du tout.

The room is freshly renovated in an older building (mind your head on the 5 foot door at the entrance). Comfortable bed, quiet cool a/c. Full size tv with Netflix. Good communication from staff. Included very tasty coffee and breakfast snack at the neighbouring patisserie. Very pleasant base for our travels in the Naples area.
