Great place to stay in the heart of it all. The host sent thorough instructions of the check-in process and there was even a helpful neighbor nearby to show us to the lift. The host was very flexible regarding check in and check out. Upon check out we were allowed to store our luggage while we continued to explore the city before leaving via train late at night. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful and friendly host. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice balcony overlooking a very busy street but even with the hustle and bustle and traffic noise, as soon as you close that balcony door, silence...offering a peaceful night of rest in a very comfortable bed after a long journey over and day of exploring. Grazie per tutto Angela and l'ospitalita!

the manager Angela was so nice and helpfull but its hard to find the place also to many keys and codes to enter to the property also you have to pay 10 cents to the lift no 20 or 50 just 10 cents if you don't have it have to take the stairs to the 4th floor

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this accommodation. When I needed to change my booking dates nearly two months in advance - plenty of reasonable notice - I was met with zero flexibility or assistance from the property. The lack of support from both the hotel staff and Hotels.com platform. Neither party was willing to help find a solution or show any understanding of the situation. For a simple date change request made well ahead of time,

This hotel does have some drawbacks - it is next to a major road and is affected by street noise - although the soundproofing is pretty effective (and Naples is inherently noisy so you probably won't find anywhere much quieter). Its on the 4th floor and the lift is quite small. However... The owner is lovely and very responsive. The bed was very comfy and the pillows are excellent. The WiFi is very good, as is the shower. The place is in excellent condition. The air-conditioning works well and isn't too loud. The place is kept very clean. Nice communal kitchen area. Its located in a mostly residential area, lots of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. About 10 minutes walk to the central station and 5 to Duomo metro. Overall it's a great base for exploring Naples and I would love to stay here again.

Have to say, was a little anxious at the main entrance, to the apartment. Seems to be the norm in Naples, that a lot of these apartments are within these courtyards. Once inside the apartment itself, it was immaculate. Would like to point out, the showercubicle, although huge was within the bedroom, so if privacy was an issue with whomever you are on holiday with, its worth considering. Location was good, for both the port and the centre of Naples. We had a little balcony which overlooked the main street, due to great glazing, we heard little noise at night.

Such a great hidden gem right in the heart of Napoli! Unfortunately, I was sick at this point in my trip, so I can't speak as much about the area as much as the hotel itself! There are two main downsides I noticed, firstly the elevator wasn't working, and it is a on the fourth floor. Secondly they do hold luggage for you if you have a later flight, but they don't have a locked storage area, so your belongings sit out in the main lobby area. Because the door has a combination lock and it is not on the street level it wasn't too concerning, but something to think about. Otherwise I was very impressed!! It's a very new renovation , super funky decor, and great in room vibes. It was extremely clean, the AC was a must for how hot it was when I was there, and I was very pleased with the giant shower after a long travel day. The room was also extremely big, larger than anything I've had in Europe so far, with high ceilings and lots of space to move around in the room itself. I would definitely recommend this spot for others coming to Naples!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, conveniently located in the center of Naples. It’s within walking distance to Napoli Centrale station and a short drive from the airport, making it ideal for travel connections. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Thanks to the hotel’s central location, we were able to explore both the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii during our 3-day visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a well-situated and comfortable base in Naples.

I recently stayed at Rettifilo in Naples, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed and a cool balcony overlooking a lively street. Despite being in a bustling area, it was peaceful at night, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The multiple locked doors leading to the room made me feel safe and secure. The amenities were top-notch, including excellent air conditioning, a fantastic shower with fresh towels, and strong WiFi—perfect for streaming. The location was superb, within walking distance of major attractions and the main railway station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the street itself had plenty of shops and restaurants, adding to the convenience. A huge plus was Angela’s outstanding support via WhatsApp—always available and helpful. On my first day, I arrived earlier than expected, and they kindly allowed me to check in ahead of schedule, which was much appreciated. Overall, I couldn’t fault this place and would absolutely return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Naples!

It was physically beautiful and the manager was responsive and great however without a working elevator, it was very difficult to carry our luggages up the 5 flights of stairs. Fridge also was not working. I felt safe and it was a great stay (would have been better if elevator and fridge were functional).

Ok so this is a lovely place on the fourth floor of a building with a lift that is quite small . The rooms are lovely and the bathrooms are well appointed it's very quiet and we found the standard very high / I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again u won't be disappointed by staying here
