Everything was excellent except that there was no drinking water in the room. I recently stayed at the Ramada which is not as luxurious as the Star. However everyone in the Ramada gets one litre of water in the room. Come on Star - water in the room would not be difficult for you

It's a hotel beside the train station, so it's convenient for the Metro and Train system. No Italian feel at all. Could be in any city. Clean. Very disappointed with desk staff. I asked 2 questions and they got them both wrong. I asked if there was a Metro stop near an attraction we were going to and they said no. We paid Euro 25 for a cab to get there. Once there we asked about getting home. They said there's a Metro stop down the street. Metro is Euro 1.50. Not cool. Wouldn't stay again unless I had to catch a train early next day.

The hotel itself is awesome!! We stayed here one night before we had to fly out of the Naples airport. This part of Naples is dirty, and it felt somewhat unsafe.

Nice Hotel with Poor Customer Service

Hotel is nice! However, very poor customer service. Staff not so attentive. Except for the Gentleman checking in guest at Breakfast place, the lady servers were not attentive to customer needs- like when I asked for hot chocolate-the server was not very welcoming. In fact I think, she was upset.

Wonderful staff greeted me ar the reception desk. Beautiful lobby and dinning room. The room was spotless. Since my travel in and out of Naples was by train, this hotel's location was perfect for tour busses and sightseeing in Naples.
