When I checked in Luigi told me he gave me an upgrade. When I got to my room, the view of Mt Vesuvius was not there. I had been given a worse room than what I paid for. I was relocated to a room with a view but certainly did not get upgrade.

This place was incredible! It's located right by the central train station and Metro, making this an ideal location for anyone looking to travel through Naples or throughout Italy. The rooms are so quiet, and the view of Mount Vesuvius is phenomenal. All of the staff were kind and very helpful. We only paid for breakfast one morning (it was not included in our nightly fee so we paid separately), but the breakfast was great and worth the price. The room was very clean and spacious for two people. Only downside is everything is a bit of a walk so it is not a super walkable location for some of the things we wanted to see. Overall, we really loved our stay here and would stay here again in the future!

Comfortable room and bed. Upgraded on arrival. An iron in the room would have been nice. The restaurant looked amazing although we were only there for one night and didnt gwt to eat there. We would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable, upscale hotel conveniently located just steps away from the main train station on Piazza Garibaldi. The only downside is that getting to most major tourist sites is a bit far for walking. Also, this hotel is significantly more expensive compared to other properties we stayed at in Italy.

Excellent location when traveling by train. The train station is directly across the street from the hotel. Small amount of traffic noise during the day; usually quiet at night. Very nice breakfast buffet is available and recommended.

This is my worst stay in all of Europe. I was incredibly disappointed in staff service, particularly Lucia at the front desk. She needs more training. There is only ONE steamer for clothing in the ENTIRE hotel for ALL guests to use. She had the bellman enter my room in my absence to collect it after 1 hr despite me having a do not disturb sign on the door, which means these people enter your rooms without permission and do god knows what in your absence. I would never recommend this place to anyone and definitely do not feel safe after this experience. Avoid at all cost. Stay some place nicer and more prepared.

Reception staff very stiff and no greetings or acknowledgement, at breakfast the maitre d was not at all helpful booked us in then left us to or own resources never saw the man smile once. Would stay there again as right across the road from the main station but would not have the uninspiring breakfast
