This is great value for money. Good rooms with quirky but fun decor, comfortable bed, decent bathroom, within walking distance to the train station, close to the metro, good food, excellent service and breakfast. The rooftop patio dining is a plus. If you want a hot tub they have it. This is not luxury but it is comfort. Be prepared to use a small elevator to reach the sixth floor for check in. Our room was on the fourth floor. Other B&Bs share the same building. You will like it.

The location was perfect. The hotel was located on the 6th floor, accessed by a lift. Room was comfortable but toiletries were scarce and there was no teabags/coffee despite there being a kettle and cups. Breakfast was plenty and had a great variety.

Sweet Sleep is a hidden gem! Once you find the entrance and navigate the tiny elevator, you end up in a lovely, safe area atop the busy downtown. The rooms are spacious, clean and have the basics, but it’s the rooftop patio that sets it apart - like a mini resort overlooking the city. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, whether it’s bringing snacks, explaining how the metro works or just making you feel at home. Get a limoncello spritz, chill in the hot tub or eat at the restaurant - it’s all there, while still small enough to feel cozy. Naples can be dizzying, and this place makes sense of it all. Highly recommended.

The property and the staff are great. The breakfast selection is excellent. The surrounding area is not very pleasant but no fault to the hotel. The only thing needed is a shower door or curtain in the bathroom.

The location was great. Staff was excellent. Plenty of dining opportunities. Our only complaint was that the air conditioner never worked. Past reviews indicated the same.

Nice Place in Wrong Place
The hotel occupies the 6th floor of an old building and has a fantastic area terrace outside of reception which has a load of sun beds and a couple of hot tubs. The staff are very friendly and bar and food service very good and reasonably priced. The rooms. On 5th floor are all themed and are very clean and comfortable IKEA way. They have both fridge and kettles in the room but do lack basic provision of tea / coffee etc and some complimentary drinking water. The downside to this hotel is unfortunately its location which is in a very run down dirty and edgey part of town close to the main train station, and the outside can be quite intimidating at night.

I’m a female solo traveller and loved my stay at Sweet Sleep. It was a short taxi ride from the airport but also a 1 min walk from the train station, so very well connected. The staff were lovely and attentive. I read the reviews and took earplugs for sleeping but other than that, I really enjoyed my time at the hotel. The beds were so comfy, the shower powerful. The rooftop was perfect with lots of wine choices and lovely outdoor showers and seating post hot tub dip. I’ve already recommended to friends.

Sweet Sleep BnB is a Shining Diamond sadly hidden away in a rough and dirty part of Naples could not fault the hotel at all food was great, staff above and beyond helpful situated in perfect place for commuting will be back for sure.

Rooftop B&B with nice views and excellent and big breakfast options… street side signage was poor and room was hot since AC was turned off when we arrived… after turning AC on it took 30 minutes before the room was comfortable. The room was 1 floor below reception and we were given a set of 4 keys for the various doors

Food and rooftop dining is outstanding! The staff is attentive and available. Location is convenient for the train and bus, but the area around the station is less attractive and very busy. Noise might be an issue for some. The only things which could really improve the stay is better bedding (sheets and a blanket) and better sound proofing. Overall, an excellent stay.

Little gem
We had a wonderful stay here, the staff were very friendly and the place was funky and clean. Comfy beds, the breakfast was amazing. We loved the hot tub but it wasnt very warm which was the only disappointment of the stay. Great views and location.

Property was nice, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Napels it appears is just a very rough area. We went to restaurant around corner which was excellent, and also the in house restaurant was very good. It was too cold for swimming so we didn't get chance to use pool, but it looked nice. The property was clean, our only complaint was we could smell sewage coming from bathroom drains. We put water down all drains which helped, but suspect if could just be the area.

The room was large and clean. Due to the age of the building and lack of modern ventilation there was a slight musty smell. The room had limited tea and coffee making facilities. Would have been nice if they had provided spoons to stir the drinks/remove tea bags etc. also no bin in the room apart from in the bathroom. Breakfast however was really good. A great spread. This was five star. The roof area was nice and we had breakfast out there on a few occasions as well as making use of the jacuzzis. The staff were friendly and the location was central. Overall, a good place to stay.
