Hotel itself was nice. Area was a bit sketchy but honestly felt perfectly safe walking a few blocks around the hotel. Loud traffic at nite while trying to sleep. only a a 5 min drive to hotel at 4am with no traffic tho. Recommend for quick layover.

Good, but we had a minor issue
The Hotel is nice. One issue we had was that when we reserved the hotel it said that we could get breakfast added for $0, so we expected to get the breakfast included for no charge. When we checked in we were informed that breakfast was not included. I provided feedback through hotels.com explaning that breakfast was advertised at no charge. No one contacted me to rectify the problem and we were charged for breakfast. I mentioned it again to Sergio during check out and explained what they advertise on their website, he said he would look into it. I said I was going to wait at the restaurant. Again no one contacted me or offered to rectify the problem before we left. Overall, though. This was a good stay. The room was clean. The service at the restaurant was very good, but be warned that the place has no vibe (elevator music) and the food is two to three times more expensive than what you can find a block away for comparable quality.

The employees are very nice and helpful. The hotel is clean and have nice rooms. Very close to stores and public transports. From some rooms you can see the Vesuvio. Around the hotel, it's noisy, but the window blocks the majority of it. Not the nicest area, but for a business trip, it was perfect.

Hotel itself is nice and has a warm and inviting atmosphere. Staff are friendly and attentive. As some others have mentioned, the surrounding area is a bit busy and can be sketchy, but we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is modern and nice. Staff are courteous and helpful. Rooftop restaurant and bar is very good and definitely worth a visit. The surrounding area is inner city and very gritty, but is a very convenient location close to the train station.

The hotel is walking distance from the central train station and bus stops. Walkable to some attractions, dining, shopping. The hotel reception was polite, helpful and gave good suggestion what sights to visit and advise on safe place to walk around the hotel vicinity.

Great place to stay just don't have the breakfast,
nice hotel, very central, speeding reception experience only thing is the breakfast is a rip off at 20 euro's, coffee machine keeps needing attention, cups keep running out.

The hotel itself was nice and our room was comfortable. The hotel is on the Piazza Garibaldi, a VERY busy area with lots of traffic and constant traffic noise with sirens at all hours. The only natural light our room could get was to open the windows overlooking the piazza and that was too noisy. Otherwise the windows were shuttered and no natural light could get in. The service in the rooftop restaurant/bar was fairly slow but the food was delicious. I would recommend making a a reservation. We did not and were seated at a table next to the wait staff station…very busy and did not add any relaxation value to our dinner.

Lovely hotel in the wrong location
Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, unfortunately the city of Naples was a total let down with mountains of garbage every where, in every direction was what appear to be drunk or zombie homeless people, it looked something out of an horror movie, could not walk far from the front door of the hotel without feeling treated, stepping over garbage the street was very noisy during the night, this is not the hotel’s fault unfortunately is a awful city

The hotel itself was just great. The staff, the service, the rooms, the cleanliness - excellent. There wasn’t any ice machines in the building and when asked for ice they wanted to charge you 10 euros. It was 27 Celsius outside… The surrounding environment is full of graffiti, dirty and lots of vagrants, wandering and sleeping. The location was very convenient however.

This property was a great pivot spot to stay near the train station and visit other sites. The metro lines are close, the airport isn’t far away and you can walk from the terminal to the Hotel. The Hotel has a nice rooftop restaurant and view of the surroundings. The staff is helpful and the rooms were nice and clean. The area around the Hotel is what you would find around many train stations. That would be the only “average” mark that I’d give. Stay busy elsewhere with this great place to explore from, and enjoy the rooftop. The location to transit with this nice of a place saves money and effort.
