Great hotel - location not great for tourists

Great hotel. Location is perfect for the train station however the area the hotel is in did make us feel a little uneasy when walking around. But like I said if you are using it as a stop over ideal hotel.

Great stopover for airport

Very good location. We walked from the train station easily. Stayed overnight and then took a taxi in the morning to the airport for flight home. Room was beautiful with a nice view. We had a great dinner and cocktails in the rooftop terrace.

Location is great. Within walking distance to tour bus stops. Train station is a block away. In regards to the room, the bed is comfortable, restroom/shower is a good size. The restaurant/bar staff is friendly enough. The view from the terrace is a plus. Breakfast buffet is amazing. My favorite drink was the pisco ball. My only issue was on odd scent in my room, seemed like it was coming from the plumbing (only the last two nights of my stay). Would definitely stay again.

Location, food, service

Convenient location within few minutes walk to train, taxi, bus stations, and tours meeting point. Ten minutes walk to spacca napoli. Excellent breakfast. The restaurant Vesuvius is upscale and serves very good diners at reasonable price. There, the service of Francesco is excellent.

Outstanding hotel with a rooftop bar

The room was spectacular! Three balconies and lots of space. Plus AC! And a rooftop bar! The hotel was the highlight of our stay in Naples.

Yet again a stay at Una hotels was perfect. Lovely room,super quiet due to shutters, amazing breakfast and fantastic rooftop terrace. Naples is challenging, incredibly noisy,dirty and fast paced. It takes courage to adjust... especially in crossing roads.. The hotel is close to the station but in a very noisy, dirty area. We found going out in the area and intimidating experience,always on guard. However,we felt very safe in the hotel

During our travel in Italy, this hotel had the best set up and amenities co(still need adapters), a more spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, and good lighting. The staff were helpful, gave a great recommendation for dinner, assisted in directions and cab rides, and were good communicators in English.

Good and bad during our stay.

The HOTEL itself was wonderful, but the amazing amount of noise from the traffic and the police wailing sirens were crazy!! And that part of town was kind of seedy, dirty .. the sidewalks in front were litter strewn, and you take your life into your own hands crossing the streets!! These two things surprised us. One more thing ... we informed the front desk that we wanted to go to the Royal Palace at Caserta, and did so that next day .. once there we found out the entire place was CLOSED on Tuesdays!! ALWAYS! This WOULD have been GREAT if the staff had informed us of this AHEAD of time, so as to not WASTE an entire morning on trains!! 😡😡 We only were able to salvage our entire day by redirecting our efforts to another place and went to Herculanium!! The hotel, once inside was well kept, the attending service people beyond nice and capable, and breakfast was AMAZING!!

Fantastico!

Naples is a fun, lively city and the Una hotel was full of Italian delights! Room overlooking the square, walking distance to historical district . Being across the street from the train station was a great landmark when getting lost in the wonders of Naples. Did I mention the fantastic rooftop restaurant with the best breakfast buffet? Fantastico! Can't wait to return!

Beautiful, big hotel rooms in a convenient location (very close to Napoli Centrale) but the area surrounding the hotel is dirty and seemed unsafe. Good for a one night stay when you have an early train the next morning. Rooftop bar had a nice view and great cocktails.
