This was an excellent stay. I stayed here one night and should have stayed here the entire time I was in Napoli. Located right across the street from the Metro and Napoli Centrale Station, the trains can get you anywhere in the city and the hotspots outside the city. Great food options around also. Heavy police presence due to being directly across from a major terminal station with tens of thousands of people traveling through per day. My husband and I felt safe walking around with so many other people outside as well.

Good chain hotel.

Very modern, compact, nicely laid out room. Very quiet, view of rooftops, window opens.Good bed/,pillows. Shower roomy enough but not huge. Excellent location for arrival or departure by central Napoli train ( Garibaldi Square ). Use the Metro or buses to see Naples. Train to Vesuvius is 10 minute walk. They will store your bags when checking in for a while. Very friendly chain hotel staff. Stay here for a day to take the stress out of arriving in Naples then find a hotel or Airbnb in a less busy area for your visit.

This hotel is super handy for the train station, but is definitely far from 4 “dots” - the decor is all dated, rooms and amenities very basic (didn’t even had a kettle in the rooms), couldn’t adjust the aircon which was set at 24 degrees so had sweltering hot nights. Staff were friendly enough, and rooms were clean. All in all, fine for a nights stay when you’re on the move via train. Other reviews are correct - the surrounding area is very unsavory and didn’t feel all that safe. Old town in a solid 15 minute walk.

Convenient location to the train station, even though it's on a busy street and piazza, the room is very sound proofed and quiet. Beautiful views of Mt. Vesuvius from our balcony. Just a 5-10 minute walk from historic center. Breakfast was lovely and the staff was all very helpful.

Lovely hotel. Clean, well-appointed with friendly and attentive staff. Just be aware that it’s close to the train station, and the surrounding area is a bit gritty - though no worse than in many other European cities.

Una Hotel Napoli Centrale Station

Exceptional hotel for being so close to the Naples. Italy Central Train Station, and very reasonably priced. Only a 10 minute walk was required.

A good Location, near Napoli's central train station, clean and friendly staff. The rooms are large enough with all amenities for a morning coffee, but also has a roof terrace with a very good restaurant. A good value for money.

My room smelled like cabbage. The floors were not the cleanest. The area around it is transient with a ton of litter. Very busy area being right by the train station. Staff was super friendly!

Honestly, it's a fine hotel and the location is both a great asset (if it's a short stay) or not (if you want to be "in the middle of Naples"). Great if you are overnighting in Naples as it's in the same piazza as Garibaldi/Napoli Centrale. Water pressure in the shower is fine. Beds are comfortable. Note that in the winter, you have a base level of heat on and can't do that much to change it; if you get cold easily, this is great. The restaurant is okay, but there are better dining options in the city. Front desk service is good. Bar/restaurant service is fine at established mealtimes but spotty outside that.

Located in an absolutely awful area. Even walking to the hotel was pretty eye opening. Nearly getting run over crossing a pedestrian crossing right outside the entrance. We saw a cockroach in the hallway and it nearly entered our room, even the cleaner didn’t know what to do! The only staff that greeted us with a smile and care was the restaurant staff. The hotel itself is a little outdated as well and doesn’t justify the price. Just needs a little more love and care overall.

Hotel itself was nice. Area was a bit sketchy but honestly felt perfectly safe walking a few blocks around the hotel. Loud traffic at nite while trying to sleep. only a a 5 min drive to hotel at 4am with no traffic tho. Recommend for quick layover.
