Efficient & Friendly staffs. However, it is better if there is control of guests entering the restaurant for buffet breakfast during rush hours. The dining utilities sometimes may not meet the requirement. Overall, it is a pleasant experience.

Really nice hotel, very clean and excellent location to train station & local shops. However- checking in staff was unfriendly. VERY HARD uncomfortable bed!! We had a poor nights sleep as the bed was so HARD!

Staff are very helpful. The location is very convenient. It is just 5 minute walk away from the Kintetsu Nara station, from there you can get access to Kyoto in 30 minutes or Osaka in 40 minutes.

The Iroha Grand Hotel is convenient to the Kintetsu station. It is close to Nara Park and shopping. The staff is polite and helpful. Our room was clean and neat. We had complimentary water waiting in the refrigerator which was appreciated on a 100° day.

Serene and peaceful even with TWO tour groups!
LOVE the convenience and cleanliness of this little hotel tucked in the middle of Nara’s main thoroughway near everything! Even though there were TWO group tours staying (one middle school children and another French tour group), once I went back to my room, it was completely serene and not a peep from any other rooms.

今回で2回目の宿泊です。ビュッフェ形式の朝食に奈良の名物料理が何種類かあり、楽しめました。夕食も同じレストランで、釜飯を頂きました。とても美味しかったです。商店街通りに面していますが、奥まった位置にあり、静かでよく眠れました。近場にレストラン、喫茶店が多種類有り、豊かな食事を楽しめます。お部屋もコンパクトながら、アメニティや必要な物は整っていて荷物を減らすことが出来ました。駅に近くて、奈良公園に歩いて行けるのが何よりです。

긴테츠 나라역에서 가깝고 주변도 조용하고 아주 좋았습니다 프런트직원들도 친절하시구요 객실도 깔끔합니다 단 하나 저희 객실 에어컨이 냄새가 나서 숙박동안 에어컨은 틀지를 못했습니다 옆에 개코가 있는지라 ^^;;;;;;;;;;;
