非常に残念

【チェックイン】 やりとりが長すぎて疲れます。 マニュアルに問題あり。 登録されている名前に間違いがありチェックイン時直してもらいましたがホテル滞在中ずっと間違った名前で呼ばれました。 【内風呂】 清掃が不十分(シャワーヘッドの汚れ、床に和紙のような物のこびりつき) またモーター音？が響いていて騒がしい。 狭いので上についてるシャワーを使うと湯船に濯ぎ湯が入ってしまう。 シャワーの水圧は弱め。 【部屋】 ベッドシーツに穴が… 櫛はささくれがあり指に刺さり… 無駄にハイテクなドライヤーは使いにくく… 【喫茶室】 建物の内側、置物などに蜘蛛の糸がついている。 BGMは禅や現代美術のインスタレーションを思わせるものが多く、緊張感がありリラックスしていただくための空間としてあまりふさわしくない。 【夕飯】 着席して庭を眺めるとゴミが落ちている。 日本食としてもフレンチとしてもイマイチで変な創作料理。食事が楽しくないのに時間はフレンチとしてたっぷり使うので苦行。 あと年配のスタッフの方が料理の説明でたくさん話さなければならないせいか後半は少しお口が臭う時があり辛かった。 そんな感じなので談笑するような雰囲気でもなく必要最低限のコミュニケーションでやり過ごしていたのですが、焦ったのか和ませようとしているのか余計な一言が増え、馴れ馴れしい態度に少し不愉快さを感じました。 (ホテル側はスタッフに水分補給を許していないのでしょうか。とはいえこんな声があったからといって間違ってもミントなど食べさせないでください。マスキングは匂いがついてお料理の邪魔をします。) ホカンスでゆっくりする為に来たのですが、リラックスできず残念。 シーツに穴が空いてるなんてビジネスホテルですら経験がありません。 10万円以上払って苦行を買いました。 若いスタッフの皆さん頑張っていらっしゃるのにホテルそのものに残念な点が多く、もったいない。 非常に悲しい旅行体験となりました。

下記が気になり不機嫌になりました。 レストランが優秀であり、立地も良く カバー出来た感じでしたが、機会があったら、 また、利用したいと思います。 ①細かい清掃が出来ていなかった。 卓上時計の上がホコリだらけでした。 ちゃんと確認した方が良い。 ②部屋に取り付けのタブレットが電池切れで チェックインした後、直ちに使用できなかった。 上記の確認もしっかりした方が良い。 ③私はスリッパに履き替えるので 出入り口に小さい椅子があると良いと感じる。 スニーカーやブーツの人は苦痛な方もいるのではないかと思う。 ④冷蔵庫、コーヒーマシンの所に卓上ライトがあると良い。暗くて気分良く飲みモノが準備できません 。

対応がいまいち

開業してそれ程経っていないとは言え、 不慣れにも程がある。 料理の簡単な説明もまともに出来ず、 係によって説明に斑が有り、 全般的に気がきかない。 部屋の鍵が壊れていて、 すぐに修理して下さったのは良いが、 完了連絡もなく、夜にフロントに電話した際は かなり無愛想。 施設は当然綺麗だったが、 価格帯の割には接遇が全くなっていなかった。
