Good area, close to ginza and convenient stores nearby and walking distance.. about 5-7 minute walk to train stations. The only con were the beds and futons which were very uncomfortable and seemed outdated. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Close to transportation and shopping/restaurants. Rooms are small but expected. It was good enough for me being mindful of space and having 1 large, 1 carryon, and a backpack. Laundry facility was good. Breakfast was light. Staff were friendly.
Would stay again for a solo trip.

Beautiful hotel in a brilliant location! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was even better than we expected and the private roof top was incredible even though it rained the whole time we were there, we still got to enjoy the view.
