They were very disorganized at checking with their lines not making sense. One of our luggage we shipped over did not arrive and they didn’t appear to offer any concern or solution on how we would get it. After taking three trains to reach this destination we were exhausted and that was the last thing we wanted to happen. They were not very accommodating nor did they apologize for the inconvenience which is unacceptable to me. Our room faced the train tracks on the 13th floor and every ten minutes pretty much day and night you’d hear the train rumble by quite loudly. Honestly, I could have cried. I would not recommend this hotel and would definitely it stay there in the future.

Narita and the APA hotel is the perfect place to stay, particularly for a night or two lay over at Narita Airport. Easy to get to on the Keisei line and walking distance to Omotesando St, Naritasan Park and the Pagoda Palace.

Good location

I enjoyed staying here. Walking distance to Shinsho temple, easy to catch a bus to the mall and close to the station. There are free shuttle buses to the Narita airport.

The propery was a little run down. It needs some upgrades. Like the latch in our window, malfunction and we found it open one night when we arrived to the hotel. It was scary becaise we were in the 10th floor. In addition, there was walpaper peeling off.

Room was small but sufficient. Has a public bath that was clean and I preferred it versus the really small room bath. Breakfast was great.
