A very good hotel close to the Narita train stations. Staff was friendly, rooms were quiet and comfortable, free breakfast was good. Seems to be mostly Japanese businessmen that stay here. A little difficult to get to by walking from the train station; would recommend GPS navigation.

The staff were all very courteous and accommodating, but that’s pretty much the only redeeming quality at this hotel. First, it’s hard to find if you aren’t taking the hotel’s shuttle van, primarily because there really isn’t any visible signage leading to the hotel. Second, it was probably built in the early 1980s and, while the room was meticulously clean, it is definitely in dire need of some serious renovations. All in all, if you pay an additional US$10 or so, you’d be able to stay at one of the newer properties in the area with far superior “hardware.”

Excellent hotel for my stay.
Great people and clean place. Single room was small but fine for me. I will stay again if I have enough time to get there between flights as it’s a little away from the airport. Has a bus service with limited pick up times.
