The service was good. The room was terrible. We could hear the next room conversation in the middle of the night. The air conditioning didn’t work. For sure, we won’t come back to this hotel.

Hotel Shuttle Bus was Convenient; Close location to airport. Family Mart with very nice souvenirs and convenient food choices was great. Didn't utilize the public bath, sauna or swimming pool; but nice to have the option. Nice dinner and breakfast buffets.

The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The free shuttle to Narita and the train station is great. It stops very close to the main attractions in the area. The room and restroom were clean. Due to the humid weather there was a musty smell in the room if the window was not left open. I would definitely return.

We were only here overnight and next to our next flight the next morning. It has a 24 hour convenient store which helped. Was not able to venture outside since it was a very short stay. It was a nice hotel.

The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to the airport. Our room was disgusting. The bed comforters stained, walls dirty, towels dirty, shower dirty with hair and stains on rhe wall. The room smelled bad even though we were in a non-smoking room. We were glad we onlt needed to sleep there before our flight.

We requested a non-smoking room, it still smelled like smoke. Check in was very easy and clerk was very polite and professional. Only issue was smoke odor of room.

Great hotel!
To start, it's huge. Even the rooms are big for Japan. Everything was modern like it recently was updated. There's a Family Mart right inside the hotel which is very convenient. One thing I would be weary of is the pool. You can tell it isn't cleaned very well, very often. The pool area could use some room as well. The roof leaks and the furniture is wore down. Other then the pool situation there were no other complaints. I would stay here again.
