Rooms probably close to smoking rooms, was given a room where I could smell cigarettes even if room was in a non-smoking area. Requested for another room, which was much better. After checking out desk apologized about what happened earlier when I checked in.

Great room with washer/dryer combination. Instructions are in Japanese so you’ll need google translate. Bath /shower really nice, place is really clean with everything you need and close to 7/11 and a Family Mart. Also close and withing walking distance to train stations with Dotonbori easily to get too.

The shuttle bus was easy to catch at the airport and it ran on time. The same in the morning. Check in was smooth and fast. The hotel is clean, but it is showing some wear and tear. In many places in the hallway the carpet was torn or thin. In the room there were a lot nicks and scratches in the wallpaper.

The first room that we got was filthy with stains on the wall and the bathroom wasnt cleaned properly. Also the rooms are really old compared to the pictures alone. Since we didnt want to stay in the room we went to the reception and they gave us another room (side note the receptionist was very friendly and helpful!) We werent that much of a fan of the second room (still some stains on the walls) but as we only stayed one night we sucked it up

The property is good but make sure you have money for food and travel because it’s far from a lot of Places. But the staff is very nice and helpful.
