Very convenient hotel near Narita Airport, for an overnight flight. Shuttle is every half an hour, from location #26. Breakfast is very good, buffet style with several options. We also had diner a la carte, but there is a very good buffet also. They even give a pijama, so you do not have to use yours for one night.

Great if you need a quick stop close to the airport. Shuttle buses run smoothly and on-time for free. Beds are okay but pillows are very uncomfortable. We had 7 people in our party and every person had the same sentiments. Buffet breakfast was very nice.

Wonderful concierge. Willing to work with our needs. Central and 20min walk to Nijo castle entrance. And 10min walk from Nijo station. Overall a comfortable short stay for my family in visiting the sites and sounds of Kyoto.

Lovely desk staff. Nice property. Room was very dusty. Cleaning staff could do better. Buffet staff seat everyone crowded together when there is a lot of other space. Sadly the wonderful restaurant on the top floor was closed on Mondays. There is a wonder
