Great value, very convenient

The hotel was very spacious, there is a family mart open 24 hrs in the lobby, the triple bed room was perfect for 3 people. The hotel garden is absolutely breathtaking to behold. My only complaint was that the bathroom was pretty dirty compared to all the other hotels we stayed at, but for the price, it's not a deal breaker.

Staff is friendly and helpful, family mart on the hotel lobby, has a gym and a couple restaurants. However, room smelled like smoke despite many signs saying no smoking allowed. Noisy neighbours, kept hearing a loud bang. Toilet wasn’t clean. Not convenient to walk, train station and bus is far.

I appreciate that there was a free shuttle directly from the airport to Mystay Hotel. Not much near the hotel but you have more option closer to the station and the airport. The only thing that was disappointing is the fact that the room is much smaller than I expected.

Our room was a good size and well appointed with convenient amenities that were very good quality. The dining stayed open late enough for a meal and there was a convenience store inside which was wonderful. The baths, pool, and gym all closed very early which was disappointing.
