This hotel is fabulous! It was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint! They have several restaurants plus a konbini! Our room was spacious, their breakfast buffet is huge, and the staff went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. There’s even a zen garden in the lobby! My only regret is we spent just one night here prior to our departure home. I highly recommend this hotel!

There are only a few things I liked about this hotel. It is close to the airport and the staff were the most polite I have seen so far in japan... BUT... That's it... The second you step outside of the common area, the hotel is very run down. From peeling wallpaper and paint to flickering lights. Don't even get me started on my room. I found out when I woke up on the middle of the night that there was a stain of definite male bodily fluids next to where I was sleeping. (I could not get back on the bed after that) The bathroom had dust on many surfaces and even dirt on the floors. Fortunately, I was only staying for one night or else i would have demanded some sort of compensation. Aside from that, The sheets had dirty lint stuck to it so I slept on top of the covers. So yeah, I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all unless it is your last option.

Family Japan trip

We stayed here for one night after a long flight from Canada. It was the perfect place to stay for a tired family. Free shuttle from the terminal to the airport was easy to find and use. Overall awesome Hotel. Would definitely recommend to others. The only reason we gave it four stars for comfort is we were not used to the Japanese style straw mats for sleeping.

Second time around staying at the property. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Really like their approach to customers. The facility is older and my room was a bit dirtier than my first time here. The air conditioning only has a heated option but in the cooler months, you can open the window to let the breeze in. I like their buffet and that the lawsons is just on the first floor.
