Even though the hotel, like Narita airport itself, is a little dated it’s a perfect choice if you are spending a night arriving at or leaving from Narita The free shuttle service to the hotel is very convenient. Staff are friendly, welcoming and efficient The rooms, though again a little dated, are a very decent size for Japan Good WiFi connectivity, hot water etc We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the free shuttle service into Narita town was a real bonus and enabled us to visit the temple and park before we left for Tokyo Would definitely stay again

Excellent service and attention to detail. Spacious room. 24/7 convenience store which was perfect for picking up a snack after a delayed flight (they will microwave the meal and give you utensils to go). The bell hop delivered our bags quickly and placed them on the bus to take us to the airport when leaving. They also have free transport to and from Narita. I couldn’t have asked for more!
