I had a nice stay at this hotel for an overnight stay to catch an early flight the next day. The laundry facilities and small stores on site were convenient. The food was great, the shuttle was perfect, and the personnel were all excellent. Thank you so much especially for a young staff at concierge desk who helped me fixed my tablet. I plan to return and stay here again.

this was the perfect place for us to stay overnight as we had an early flight the next morning. They offered shuttles to and from the airport which made it stress free. when we arrived at hotel the check in was smooth and the staff was very kind and friendly. clean rooms and shared spaces. would stay again if needed

The property is very clean and the staff are very pleasant. However, the pool was not open and one of the dining rooms was booked, we were told. The Chinese restaurant is a price fix only, so not a lot of options. When we arrived I yelled to the bus transport we were coming and he ignored us, even though he could see us running for the bus. Therefore, we had to take a taxi to the hotel. The reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and the transportation. We had basically all day to wait for our flight out so we were planning on the pool to keep us busy for awhile. If you have lots of time to wait you might want to investigate other hotels in the area. Additionally, the only breakfast option is there buffet, the coffee shop doesn’t open until 10:00 am.

We loved our stay.
It was amazing. The convenience store downstairs was so handy when the group was hungry and tired. The free shuttle to and from the airport, town centre and shopping mall was great and the staff here are all wonderful. All our interactions have been so polite, helpful and professional. The amenities in the room included your usual items plus toothbrushes, slippers and a hot water heater.
