Conveniently located next to the hotel. Has a Lawson inside it as well as 3 restaurants. Also has regular shuttles to Narita airport as well. Air conditioning not the best and room can get quite warm

This is a more Western style hotel which I admittedly appreciate. Our room was very large unlike the other hotels we stayed in here lol. This hotel is beautiful and with wonderful full services. Including shuttles around the area. There’s a lot to see in the town of Narita! We only spend 3 total nights here but we loved this hotel. Definitely recommend. Arigato!!

Very close to Narita Terminals 1 and 2. Good shuttle bus taking 5-10 minutes. Convenience store for basics and snacks. Several good food service options. Room was quiet even on the airport side of the building. Comfortable beds. Room was clean but the bathroom was in need of an update. Very nice, helpful staff on front desk, working the shuttle and in the shops. Room was very hot and difficult to cool down as the A/C system appeared to be off for the season.

Good airport hotel for short stay. Bit dated but very well kept rooms. Some staff are great and some not as much. Get the breakfast buffett as it is quite good. Overall only real knock is limited dining options and nothing really in area.

Great hotel for transfer at Narita airport, frequent shuttle service to and from Narita terminal 1 & 2 and city center. Great also to have a 24 hrs Lawson’s within the hotel.
