Have to pay to checkout one hour late

The hotel is fine and has a couple of 7/11 type places right at the hotel as well as bus service to Narita Airport. My only issue is that I asked to stay one hour after the checkout time, which they said I could only if I paid more. Talk about cheap. I have never had that happen anywhere else before.

My first time in Japan as a solo traveler

I booked a 3-day stay through Hotels.com and got an amazing deal that truly exceeded my expectations. The value I received for the price was incredible. From the spacious and serene room to the top-notch amenities. The free shuttle service to Narita Airport, JR Narita Station, and AEON Mall made getting around super easy and stress-free. I also loved the breakfast buffet. Delicious and satisfying variety of food was a perfect way to start each day in Japan. The ambiance of the hotel and its peaceful neighborhood added a calming touch to my trip, and having a 7-Eleven right inside the hotel was a convenient bonus. The staff were professional, warm, and always ready to help, which made my first solo trip to Japan even more memorable. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great value near Narita!
