Nice sized room, quiet and comfortable. Resturant on site & a small 7-11. Whirpool was out of commission when I was there. Six washer dryer combos in the basement, worked well. Took a taxi to the sights & mall. Good value for your money.

한국분들중 오실분은 오세요 추천해요 호텔안에 편의점잇고 바로앞에도 있고. 다 좋은데...단점 하나 뽑자면 공항에서 좀 먼거? 셔틀하고 좀 가야됨. 11시 체크아웃이라 좋은데 비행기 시간 급한분들은 피하시고 여유로우면 좋습니다.

Very convenient

Superior Twin Room was quite spacious for just my daughter & I. The beds were very hard but still quite comfy.. Hallway was quite noisy at night and could use extra soundproofing for rooms for that and noise from room above. As a light sleeper earplugs were welcomed! Blackout window covers were fantastic and in place due to airline crews staying at the hotel. Was great for a sleepin! Staff were all lovely and the 711 located just off the lobby was fantastic! Free shuttle to and from airport/station & mall was also welcomed and utilised! Luggage storage before checkin was not an issue also. Very handy to stay before travelling home the next day.

Quiet area, nice clean rooms. We walked about 20 minutes away for dinner. Nice area to walk for exercise before and after dinner. 25 minute shuttle bus to and from Narita Airport. 7-Eleven in the lobby, and convenience store next door.

It is far from the Narita airport comparing to the other hotels, but it is worth to stay. They give us great breakfast. The mini mart in the hotel has variety of food and gift items. The room that I stayed was very clean.
