This is an older hotel but they've done a very good job of updating it. The rooms are quite reasonable but dining options are not really available other than the restaurant. I would not recommend the restaurant as my wife and I spent 50 US for dinner because it was our only option. The meats were overcooked and dry, the selections were very limited and in terms of value we probably ate 10 or 15 dollars worth of food. Skip it If possible.

Easy to get to from Narita Airport due to the free bus service from the airport bus terminal. Hotel is clean and roomy for Japan. Breakfast is adequate. Aeon Mall is a 25min walk. Convenience store 2min walk. Would be my go to Hotel from Narita.
